We came late in the afternoon and wanted some room service and Tina went above and beyond, what a lovely lady she is
Definitely worth a staying here food is great, service is great, staff friendliness absolutely awesome, they won’t disappoint, rooms are very clean and well presented, good sized rooms as well and beds are super comfy. Will definitely stay here again when we are travelling through, best hotel in Mackay for sure and I’ve stayed in a few of them, this is a hidden gem right across front the beach literally 100 mtr walk across the road ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars isn’t enough for this place.
