Such a great spot. Easy access to the trams, beach, walking distance to Surfers and Broadbeach. Very family friendly.

Love the pools, tennis courts & bBQ area.

Greg and his family are beyond amazing. We have been coming here for the past 8 years as a family, my wife and her parents since 1986. Only place on the GC we will stay.

Stayed there for 6 nights. Amazing value for money. Deluxe 2 bed was clean and renovated. Loved the staff. Situated only 5 minutes walk from central surfers paradise. Would love to stay here again.

Fantastic location about 50m to the beach and the Northcliffe surfclub. Walkable to both Cavill avenue and Broadbeach. Plus the tram stop is right outside. Large, airy, modern room with a beach view. Perfect for families or anyone looking to enjoy the best of the gold coast.

Awesome views, clean and inviting 3 bedroom apartment. Luxury at an affordable price. Location is great too — close to Cavill Avenue and a Caltex Starmart around the corner in case there's a need for some late night snacks!

Stayed in apartment 12c for three weeks and enjoyed the views of the beach and the riverside and everything was close enough to walk to. The apartment was clean, warm and comfy and was serviced once a week. Will definitely stay here again. Also there was a block of shops across the road, one being a chicken/burger/ takeaways which served delicious meals at good prices and the owners were so lovely and friendly so big thumbs up to them.

We stayed here many years ago and loved it so much that we bought a unit and now actually live here! Fabulous position (watch the whales! ) pools, tennis court, beach and surf club opposite. What more could you want?

Absolutely loved our stay here in may, very spacious apartment, everything you need is there, swimmingpools were fab especially the slide going into the outdoor pool. Very near Beach and lots of food places if you don't want to cook. If we didn't stay in Scotland it would be a regular destination x.

Perfect for our needs — just the right size for kids, interconnecting rooms for added privacy. It even comes complete with a parent retreat! (king bed, ensuite bathroom, juliet balcony) Beautiful pool areas, great spa & a well needed sauna was heaven after a day spent hoofing it arnd town on foot (the gtrain was down). Looking forward to 'grass-testing' the manicured tennis court shortly! The decor was bohemian, which I adore, but is an acquired taste. The only thing missing in terms of facilities is a games room or a kids club; & at this haven, these wouldn't suit the existing ambience at all. If you want flash & style over substance, go to Palazzo Versace. However, those practical & thrifty amongst us would be well-advised to give this establishment a go. :)

Great two bedroom deluxe apartment, 10-15 mins walk from the central area. Staff at reception was friendly. The apartment is looking at the ocean with a large living room, balconies and two bathrooms. Good choice for a family.

So central to everything! You can walk into the main part of town and across the road to the beach! Apartments are beautiful and clean and modern! Pool area is amazing and the staff are fantastic and very helpful! Couldn't recommend it enough! Absolutely loved my stay there :-)
