The worst place I have ever stayed — room 1061 was like sleeping on cement and will never go back there again recommend no one else stays there either.

Location fantastic easy walking distance to restaurants shops Coles B&W (bottle store). Apartment was perfect for stay good amenities and coach to Airport. Reception check times.

The Swell Resort offers one of the best accommodation options in Burleigh. The rooms were beyond our wildest imagination, the value for money was phenomenal. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The facilities and location were fantastic. If you need a place to stay in Burleigh I highly recommend the Swell Resort.

Thanks so much to management and staff for fitting my family in last minute. Our room was perfect in every way, we had a fantastic view and our beds were so comfortable and our room was spotless. I will definitely stay there next time. Also a quick mention if you stay the night they offer 25% discount off your meal and kids eat free with a paying adult at club Burleigh what a great idea. Can’t thank you enough our weekend was awesome.

Good self contained accommodation. Rooms have all the amenities, and there is a tennis court and a pool. It's also located near good eateries. It's set back a block from the beach, so I didn't get a view.

Location great, room spacious but bathroom wasn't clean and when I got up from the couch I was all sandy!

Great place the games room needed cooling. Communal bins were a real hike from our apartment. Great pool area also the car parking was convenient. The downstairs club needs to do breakfast.

Great units, ocean front, near James Street, pool, barbecue area, fitness area. Really good place.

2 days after we arrived the lift stopped working. Still wasn't fixed when we left! To get to reception we had to go down fire stairs, through 2 locked gates, all the while juggling an umbrella in the pouring rain, as there was no overhead protection. Keys wouldn't work in doors and the staff just didn't want to know! Never again!

Beautiful rooms nice pool so close to beach and park.

Dirty room on arrival wet towels left behind food on cupboards no mattress protector and just a top and bottom sheet as linnen on both beds. Pool was dirty and visitors were asked rudely to hop out for health reasons on one day and the maintenance man was mowing and snipping in the middle of the day asking visitors to move their chairs for him, not relaxing.

Pool filthy, Reception Rude, Carpark overcrowded so couldnt get a park even though included in room. I do not recommend staying here at ALL.

The building is falling apart and management doesnt seem to care. They never fix anything, internet is pain in the ass and they also ripped us of the bond for things we didnt damage. Save yourselves a stitch up.

Stayed here for a weekend away in Burleigh. It was great! The place was spacious and had a full kitchen which was Awsome as we had a 2yr old with us. Rooms and bathrooms were nice. It was close to Burleigh so we could go to the beach and shops. There is the Burleigh club underneath which was great. There was a huge pool which was tops too.

Well maintained place, with rooms fitted with all for short and longer term stay including laundry, kitchen and utensils. One bedroom, good for couples. Short walk to beautiful Burleigh beach, nice right-hander point break for you keen surfers. I booked 10 nights private holiday letting through PRD Realty Burleigh Heads. Friendly staff, provided me with spare keys when I locked myself, no issues. They'll sort you out.

Excellent location good amenities and the owners were so obliging. Unit was spotless and had everything there you wanted.

Stunning views, Buffalo Sears restaurant is out of this world. The resort is beautiful. You need to cross a busy street to reach the beach, but there are plenty of crosswalks to safely do so. Parking is easy notwithstanding Burleigh is otherwise a struggle to find parking in.

Great hotel ruined by an awful manager. Had no electricity in my room from 5 — 9:50 and she couldn't have cared less. Tried to pass the blame rather than tackling the issue. Bad management.

The rooms are great! location is awesome and the staff are very professional and helpful!

We have just stayed at this Resort for 8 nights — a couple. Stafff very friendly. Resort clean. The only downside was that my wife could not access the shower on her own — she cannot bath — and there was not a hand rail to allow you to access this. Fine for younger people — but not for her.

We arrived early in the morning not knowing what time check in was and this was not a problem we were shown to our apartment which had lovely views of the pool. Our family member from Burleigh thought it would be nicer if we had a view of the sea and spoke to the staff about this without a problem they changed our apartment and we got a great sea view as well as pool views. The apartment had everything we had expected and was lovely and clean and fresh. The only downfall we found was that there were no extra/spare blankets and the blankets we had were very thin so we had to rely on the aircon which heat didn't seem to be consistent. When we thought to ask for extra blankets we couldn't find anybody to help. Apart from that great place to stay and we would come back.
