Spent 4 nights here and it was very relaxing, nice and close to the beach shops and restaurants and has beautiful pool spa sauna and bbq areas. Staff are very welcoming.

Amazing, my home away from home for sure. Beach front access, pool, tennis court, mini golf, arcade room and the best beach Qld has to offer.

My family has been there twice. Its affordable, in a great location, minutes walk to the estuary and right on the beach. The units are family friendly and have a great pool & tennis court. I'd highly recommend it and we will definitely be back again!

Pretty poor over all, no basics provided ie soaps, towels, toilet paper. Freezer not functioning. Great views though.

We stayed here for 4 nights and if your priority is location and views it is excellent! The apartment we stayed in was comfortable. Each bedroom and the living area had air conditioning and there were views from every room. The staff are friendly and when our blind broke, the maintenance staff were quick to repair it. Secure parking is also available for no extra charge. The apartment was not particularly clean but washing a few dishes and ignoring some dust was worth it for the view. We were promised internet which was not available but will apparently be an option soon. The apartments are right on the beach at a flagged section. There is a quiet inlet nearby or the ocean beach. There is a playground and a pool with a mini golf course on site as well. Restaurants are nearby (check out Balboa’s) and it is only a short drive to The Pines shopping centre.

I went to visit some friends and this place was amazing. The room on the 14th floor was renovated and very nice. The views to Surfers Paradise is worth the price alone and the fact that you are right on the beach is a winner. The pool is a little old and small compared to its neighbour but for kids this is fine. Good facilities also including a pay area, BBQ area and mini golf.

Great pool for kids and location is excellent for both beaches and cafes. Some of the apartments are getting a little tired and need some TLC. Car parks are very tight, especially if you drive a big 4wd. For the price it's hard to beat in this area.

Magnificent views. Very accessible to beach, park and river. Watch surfers at river mouth. Note view can depend on actual apartment. Good clean pool and bbq areas.

Wpuld have been nice to get some. Notice of renovations directly above us Especially with an infant who needs naps. Not happy.

Great units on the Gold Coast. Several units have been renovated and are like staying in luxury units. Amazing views from balcony on Palm Beach with just a short drive up the Surfer Paradise. The receptionist was also great and gave advice about future renovations they would be having.

Great location right on the beach. Has a tennis court, BBQs, sauna, heated pool and spa tub. Great place to relax at the quiet end of the Gold Coast.

Highly recommended, my wife and kids in their early teens stayed here for 3 nights. Great location within walking distance to surf club and shops. The room was spotless, staff very friendly and the pool, spa and surrounding gardens very well kept. We will be back for sure.

Great location, right on the beach with beach access. Good sized appartments, happily suit family or couple/few friends. Includes parking which is a big plus. Lower score is due to offering sauna and gym but does not include a key for these locked facilities with the room keys. So you need to see reception or 'book' for use of these, which is incredibly inconvenient when you're on holiday and reception is on limited opening hours.

Great place to stay. Stunning views from our room on the 13th floor. Late check in via key safe, staff e-mailed us the details when we hadn't arrived by the time the booking counter closed.

We are returning these holidays for the 4th time to Princess Palms. It is right on the beach within walking distance to a fantastic park for kids, a sheltered beach, a patrolled surf beach — and great coffee! What more could you want? A fantastic place for kids of all ages. We have always found the staff to be so friendly and accommodating! Highly recommended.

Great location and access to the beach and pool.

Beach and lifeguards at your door beautiful views pirate park and Currumbin Bird Sanctuary around the corner shops and pub down the road pool awesome. You park the car and don't need to move it until you leave. My kids love it happy kids happy mum.

Our family of 4 stayed here for 3 nights in July 2012 and we were very happy with the facilities. Right on the beach, short walk to Coles and a few eating places! There is gym equipment in between the apartments and the beach for all to use. The pirate park is great for the kids, they had a blast! Having the Cafe there is a godsend for morning coffee! So relaxing.
