Review of Sea World Resort 4*

This past Saturday evening, I took my mother for mother’s day dinner to Hatsuhana which is located in your resort. Not only was the visibility incredibly poor in your car park, there also happened to be a several potholes on at various parts of your car park! One of which caused my mother to fall over causing several abrasions and cuts to her knee. However what was even more disappointing was the HORRIBLE, INCONSIDERATE, PATHETIC attitude of Danielle, the manager on duty at the front desk. We were absolutely shocked that she initially REFUSED assistance claiming she could not help my mother until I showed her where the incident occurred! I didn’t know we had to enter a negotiation with your staff just to get a couple of bandages! All we wanted was the wound to be cleaned and band aids to be applied so we could be on our way to dinner! After surveying the area of incident and looking at the large hole in the ground in YOUR CARPARK, she claimed it is not her or Sea World’s responsibility?!? Really? I made the point to her that unsafe areas should have been cordoned off or at least customers should be given a warning of the hazards. At that point she became even more argumentative. Not once did she ask if my mother was okay or offered any apologies. Eventually we just gave up as she was clearly not interested in providing the needed first aid and we made our way to dinner at Hatsuhana, with the wound still untreated on my mother’s knee. The service at Hatsuhana was flawless and it is such a shame the same could not be said for Danielle, someone who is supposed to be a manager! 2 bandages was eventually offered on the condition that my mother fill out some stupid forms. All of this for 2 band aids? Did she think we wanted were trying to scam her for over 2 bands aids?!?! The mood of what had meant to be a great evening was ruined by Danielle’s ARROGANT, AWFUL attitude. Do you even care about your customers? TERRIBLE experience!
