Beachfront, Amazing ocean view from wide balcony, living and both bedrooms, well appointed quiet apartment, central location to walk to everything, 5 mins uber to airport.

Fabulous place to stay. In the heart of Coolangatta with great views, directly across from the beach. Staff really friendly.

First time staying here and would be happy to return. Very nice location. Close to lots of eating places and plenty of nice walks to do. Reception staff are very helpful and friendly,

Location is the best, has the best views in either direction we had the northern side so had Coolangatta to Southport and if you leaned a little bit we could see around the Greenmount. The apartment was 2 bed 2 bath fully airconed smallish kitchen but not there to cook when there are so many options for food all within walking distance. My only concern was with the Wi-Fi which is consistent with so many other hotels when its great wow, when not it is a bugger, we all love our devices.

Sorry I would not recommend the one bedroom apartments. Although the room was comfy the breakfast was overpriced and cold. Also it said there was an internal link to the twin towns resort. This was not the case. False advertising.

We have stayed at Mantra Coolangatta a few times and have always enjoyed the experience. Situated in the centre of the town it is an easy walk to most places. Being right on the beach we can sit and relax on the large balcony which is perfect for whale watching.

Best place to be. Sea view, beaches.

Best place for holiday makers.

The hotel is very clean and staff are incredibly friendly and focussed on customer service. The hotel provides the best value apartments in Coolangatta. There could be more options available with all twin rooms in 3 br apartments and there could be a more cost effective Wi-Fi.

Fantastic apartment. Clean, great furnishings, kitchen fully equipped, comfy bed and pillows. Handy to everything and one of the best balcony views.

The hotel itself is pleasant. Location is good. However, building work from permanent residents started at 8am and did not finish until I gave up and checked out at 9.15. I did call reception to request 10 minutes of quiet in order to have a meeting at 9am and was told the people were refurbing their bathroom and they couldn't promise they would be quiet. Obviously they knew the work was going on and I was still put in the room above when I checked in the evening prior. Needless to say, it was noisy. Otherwise everything was fine.

Regrettably a late booking by me resulting in an overpriced studio in a poor location of the building. The room is drafty near lifts and needs a facelift. Well located to amenities though.

Mantra is very dated and in need of a modernisation. The location was really good and across the road of some great cafes and restaurants. Reception is the nicest part of the hotel. Also the Wi-Fi doesn't work on the 9th floor.

Buffet breaky was great but room pillows were the worst 3nights worst sleep uncomfortable Get new decent pillows not flat polyester cheap and swimming pools were nothing special

Room wasnt overly clean, fiancee has OCD and he was uncomfortable the whole time. Love love love the facilities (spa and sauna) other than the room we had a lovely stay. Parking onsite made it easy.

A great location. Very busy over Easter and with forthcoming Commonwealth Games. Very much a self service apartment with adequate fridge, micro wave? washing machine, stove, etc. Ground floor. No sea view bit secluded well maintaned garden next to great little private court yard. The studio unit was a bit down market and a bit worn. Staff are excellent. No restaurant however there is a gym, good pool, spa, sauna and tennis courts. Plenty of restaurants, shops nearby and easy walk to a great beach. Parking in basement included. Very good location and would stay again if a bit cheaper as paid Easter long weekend rates.

Paying $2300 for a week and not being told what level until you get here is a terrible way to run the place. They also hit you for another $200 in case you damage something. Wifi is super dear. Copped lvl2 in a small tired unit. No place to put your bag. Dirty shower. Owner has cupboards locked. Worst Mantra! Don't stay unless they tell you what level. Location is fantastic of course.

Pretty disappointing. We stayed here for a week a couple of years ago over the Christmas/New Years period. When we arrived at our room it was obvious that it hadn't been cleaned — there were still items from the previous renters lying about, the soaps, detergents etc had been opened but not renewed, the carpet was pretty dirty — wasn't exactly what you'd expect for almost $2000 for a weeks stay. When we advised reception they told us that we would have to wait til the manager was back on (which was in 2 days as it was a weekend and public holiday). They also said if we wanted to have the room cleaned we would have to pay for this ourselves! Begrudgingly we stayed in this room for the 2 nights til the manager was back — she came to the room and saw the state it had been left in, was extremely apologetic that we had not been offered an alternative room. Immediately offered us the choice of 2 other rooms that were vacant (the other reception staff had told us that there were no other rooms available). We moved to one of the other rooms (which was clean! ) and had a nice stay for the rest of the week. Disappointing that our concerns were dismissed by the initial reception staff (zero stars for you! ) but thankfully the manager made things right. Interestingly we noticed that they had the carpet cleaners clean the first room after we moved out — the carpets were pretty filthy!

Great beach to chill at, they even had a surfing competition while we were there.

Location is nice, room is okay and the pool and spa is great. Otherwise it is a nice place to stay.

Carpets were dirty, TV in Master Bedroom didn't work despite reception promising they would fix. Good view of the beach and close to the pub though I guess.

Great views from all apts. The staff cordial. Great location for fireworks although NSW is better and bigger. Bbq area needs cleaning. Patio furniture needs upgrading.

Good beach area. Only issue was there were no bathrooms or a place to change from wet undies. Make sure you are prepared to change somehwere else.

Good staff, great location, reasonable price, but some rooms are better than others. My work team came up for a conference in the area and our teams stayed on 2 different floors. The rooms on level 7 were recently renovated, but level 12 was looking a little tired. Pictures are of the 3 bedroom apartment, which was comfortable, but a tad smaller than other mantra apartments I have visited.

I stayed in a lovely two bedroom apartment overlooking the beach (and road). My only complaint was no mini-bar, or even cold water, as I arrived late in the evening. So if arriving late, remember it's an apartment and grab some supplies.

Absolutely loved everything, the view of the lights on marine pde is breathtaking from the 16th floor.

Overnight stay in a two bedroom unit. The room was very clean and well presented. The kitchen was serviceable but missing a few items. The highlight was the large balcony and panoramic views of the ocean. Very impressive.

Great fun neat and tidy ready to do again.

Room ok. However when we arrived we found he entry and foyer in complete disarray with renovations occurring. No warning, no signs and no apologies. Only one lift available due to builders. Very dissappointing.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool is great. Staff exceptional. Highly recommend.
