Gym, pool, & yummy cafe.
Rooms are clean & the bath is HUGE love it (knees aren’t up to my armpits when in it lol)

Great room views. And very comfortable. Nice pool as well.

Parking for visitors is only 3 hours. We stayed there with friends Friday and Saturday night,, staff knew there would two couples in the two bedroom unit and knew there would be two cars in the underground parking,, I found a yellow sticker on my windscreen Sunday morning as we were leaving advising me that I was in breach of the resort’s parking rules and if I didn’t move my car it would be towed away at my expense. Where are the second couple to park there car,, staff were VERY rude when asked about the parking,,,, Will bad mouth this so called resort when ever I can,, Will never stay there again::::

Great location nice pool and spa over looking the river close to the tram and Pacific fair rooms are very clean nice view looking over surfer paradise.

Staff were very rude asked for toilet paper and was told we had to pay $1.50 per roll told us upon booking there was no deposit and then 2 hrs later from check in called us and told us we had to pay a $500 cash bond noise complaint at 8pm for excessive noise when we had a lil bit of music on that was not even loud! Will not recommend will never stay here again.

Sheets wrong size for bed. Floors very grubby view dreadful looked right into the villas. We left some groceries in cupboard by mistake haven't had a phone call to say cleaners found them.

Sue the apartment manager is absolutely no help, things getting stolen and she doesn’t want to help us. Not happy! Maybe employee staff that want to assist your permanent residence, not see us as a task.

Helpful front desk staff but pool needs cleaning — lots of unwanted debris when I went there last week. I jumped out as soon as I saw the debris.

Our room was dirty & full of Cockroaches we counted 40 & tried squishing as many as we could. Whenever we opened a draw they were running all over the dishes When I complained to reception she really had no concern & didn’t even acknowledge what I said. The floors were dirty & sticky to walk on.
The only upside is that it’s a short walk to restaurants luckily as the coffee shop has no variety at all & closes early.

Horrible stay. False advertising online. Disgusting rooms. Messy. Unwelcoming. Smelly. Stains on everything. Not cleaned. Not worth the money. Disgusting old stained furniture. Mould.

Loved my stay at this place, everything about it was wonderful definitely be staying again! Rooms nice, big and cleaned only things is they need more parking but that’s no biggie at all!

It's away from the busyness of the main street area but not too far to walk if you want to. It's very relaxing here with a good pool, spa and outdoor area.

Requested a room overlooking the river and it is stunning. Room is on the eighth floor.
lovely apartment, only found a few issues… lounge furniture is rather old, not enough drawers to put your clothes in, one toilet roll for a week only lasted 3 days, when I asked for more I was charged $1.50 for one roll.
Will definitely be returning.

Nice service, managed to check in early and the staff helped to make our needs work. They provided a roll away bed and it was of decent quality enough that as a large adult I still slept comfortably nice and clean. I would return.

The resort is on the canal/ river behind the casino. It is walkable to Broadbeach beach and shopping precinct. There are no other eating places close to the resort but a cafe in the resort is open for breakfast and lunch. Resort has huge pool sauna spa and gym. We stayed in well equipped one bedroom apartment with kitchen and laundry. There is also a little privacy nook with a sofa bed as you enter the apartment. Free secure undercover parking on site. Our unit had slight water view from the balcony. Basic foxtel is connected. Room was in a very good condition. Should also mentioned that unit we stayed in was privately owned by accor vacation club.

So well located on the Gold Coast. Clean appartment and friendly service. Great place to stay if attending the convention centre.

Arrived for a week with the family in a 2 bedroom apartment, ‘lovely’ view of the car park and small mediocre apartment for the price. When we asked the receptionist if we could move rooms or downgrade for a view she was rude and abrupt with no helpful solutions and didn’t care much that we weren’t happy. Apartments were full of AFL students on camp. Not the best experience for accom on the Gold Coast. Won’t be back!

We had a lovely 5 days at this magnificent resort. The rooms are quite large and well appointed. The balcony is also large with views to the hinterland. The rooms are quiet and well insulated. It is an easy walk to the shops of Broadbeach or the casino. The onsite cafe is great for breakfast or a coffee. We highly recommend this resort.

Great location, a short walk and/or tram ride to anywhere in the main centre. Secure parking available underneath and pretty good pool, spa, sauna, steam room and gym are onsite. Cafe is also worth a visit.

We spent a week in a 1 bedroom apartment and it was huge. Home away from home. The apartment was very clean and had it's own hideaway laundry. Pool's nicely heated and the spa's awesome. I would most definitely stay here again. The resort is close to all restaurants, shopping centers and not too far from the beach. Lovely resort, friendly and helpful staff, great security, secure car park, I would not hesitate in staying here again for my next holiday. Brilliant :)

Staff were excellent. Rooms are in need of refurb. Very tired. Couch was very dirty and had lost all it stuffing. Carpet very worn and buckled. Shower leaked. Had to buy all cleaning products. For the price expected much better.

Great spot. Feels out of broadbeach with great hinterland views, however, it's just a short stroll from the main street. Facilities are really good and very clean.

From the moment we walked into the apartment we hated it, felt very unclean, with a view of a tree and the neighbours back yard. Their "cat" was the best thing about the apartment, watching it in it's explorations
Yes we so called "won" the 4 nights so I suppose we should deal with it, but we had to pay an extra $287 to allow our son to stay too, in which we thought would be a sofa bed, not a bloody fold out hospital grade bed. We did in fact attempt to open the sofa bed but the mattress was like a children's home 70 years ago with stains all over it!
The sofa itself looked like it had had it's fair share of backsides on it and should be thrown away. (we found out on check in — the next day, that it was infact broken too)
Like what the f is that all about, get rid of the bloomin thing!
We also complained to reception about the 24/7 humming outside our window, but she couldn't provide an answer.
She did say she would move our rooms but every room was fully booked, however I was able to go online and book a room there and then from my phone if I wanted too… all the advice the receptionist gave us was " I think the best thing you can do is leave the apartment all day and not be in it for too long and enjoy the sunshine"
Whatever, what we needed was a bed our son could actually fit on, a good clean of the apartment and a bloody view!
Unfortunately we will never return and never refer friends to your resort.

Units are fantastic! Large and roomy. Front desk Staff might be a bit friendlier. Stayed here over 20 times. Best thing — don't really need to hire a car. Everything is 10 minutes walk, including Casino and Pacific Fair, which is world class now since its recent renovation.

Good room size, very convenient to Pacific Fair shopping and a short walk to the beach. Quiet but so close to Broadbeach and a quick tram ride to Surfers.

Fantastic night spent sharing a magnificent meal cooked by Dean from the cafe, watching the opening ceremony, with guests and residents a fantastic resort, extremely friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble.

Accom is basic. Tall people will struggle w low ceilings in shower. Facilities and grounds are good. Location and pedestrian access to Gold coast exhibition and conference centre make it ideal stay for business trips. Otherwise not good value for money. Really paying for proximity to conference centre.

If the pool was heated and there were no dogs and no smoking it woud have been almost perfect as the room was quite comfortable site is well located and the people quite sociable.

Nice rooms, very comfortable, under cover parking. Close to Pacific Fair shopping centre. Star Casino and the Broadbeach convention centre. Easy walk to the beach.

Stayed for two weeks and loved it. Will highly recommend for anyone if you wanna enjoy your holiday. Special thanks for your great service.

Amazing view room was spacious but room service was poor, it's outsourced to local businesses which aren't the best quality and we're rude on the phone. The process to getting room service also isn't explained so can get confusing. Overall a good experience I do recommend but don't get the room service as restaurants are a 2 minute drive down the road in Broadbeach.

Good waterfront resort with nice pool, spa and views. It is in a central location close to shops, shopping centre, Pacific fair, casino, conversation centre, river, park and public transport (bus and trams). The rooms are tidy and clean.

Only use the conference facilities here. Staff are always amazingly helpful and friendly. Will bend over backwards to help you. The food at the cafe is also a huge winner!

Extremely handy location with free parking. Pool and spa is perfect for the kids. Rooms are spacious with full kitchen and oven for those who wish to cook.

On our second night here and I definatley recommend this place. Staff are great, pool is great, the rooms are massive and the heart of Broadbeach is just a short walk. The only issue is the beds are hard and not comfy. Very family friendly.

DONT GO HERE took 35 minutes to make raisin toast Broken crockery in cupboards Cleaner came in as we were coming up the stairs and left door unlocked.

I had coffee and cake with relatives who were staying at the Freshwater Point resort on vacation from Melbourne, we always meet at the cafe on the ground floor overlooking the pool area. Its appeal is that it's a quite place especially if you're talking amongst yourselves with no annoying background music to distract you. Beverages and meals are always great with the added bonus of good quality service.

Our 2 night stay has been very comfortable. Hubby and I came to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary and had a very relaxing stay. Lovely apartment with everything you need.

Good price for accommodation at Easter, but the free continental breakfast was very much a case of you get what you pay for… Nothing to write home about. Room was good — modern, well equipped and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free underground secure parking was good too.

Apartment rooms well appointed though need one with a view. Close to several shopping centres and the beach. Secure parking. Token free Wi-Fi. Pool decent with heated spa. Cafe on ground floor, and other nearby.

We stayed with a large group in separate rooms over the Christmas holidays of 2015. The resort and location are fantastic. Our rooms was spacious and well maintained with a great view too. All amenities were well maintained and the staff were very friendly and suggested some great local restaurants to try too. What more could you ask for. We will definitely be coming back.

The rooms are huge and spacious. Basically like getting your own little house. Far better than your average hotel.

I loved the resort. The rooms are beautiful and I loved the ensuite. You can have a bath or shower and see the view from the bedroom window. The balcony view was great and the shops, restaurants and beach are all a couple of minutes away. The facilities are great with heated pool, spa, sauna and gym.

Lovely, clean 2br apartment in a great location with great views. Service was exceptional. We had an accident involving the outdoor glass table, and the staff were kind enough to replace it free of charge! I could not recommend this place highly enough.

Exellent facility! Very clean and tidy room, exellent size, but the ensuite to master bedroom needs a door! Beautuful veiws. Loverly staff. Exellent pool, spa, sauna and gym. Great location.

Overpriced, shallow, empty apartments/resort/hotel that charges you crazy price for internet. No soul, no introduction or "welcome". A hello would be nice but not here. The receptionist was rightfully ashamed that there was no free internet, she said it would cost 40K to install — well they got 2K from me AND $80 for internet for a few days. Expensive but — you must clean, wash, dry, cook, no "party clause", no Sky, no remote. They have a "tape player" not CD/mp3 player and 6 channels, the veiw is of a few houses (not beach). If you have the money to spend, spend it at a nicer place. If you have plenty of money to spend and still want to clean, do laundry, dishes, vacuum, clean and have no room service or internet — please this place is for you. The reason I gave it a extra star — Nice pool, Sauna/steam room, new/modern and great location. Sorry but money does not buy my vote — expensive but lame. If there was one ounce of caring or compassion or "personality"/Hospitality then this place has the potential for 5 stars. Sorry but someone wrote a cheque to buy the property, build the building and now has a limited budget on the care/service. I would prefer a cheap roach motel with personality or B&B with bad location over this place. Sorry got to keep it "100%".

A beautiful location and we especially liked the cafe on ground floor. BUT, the ensuite off master bedroom was not adequate because it did not have a door. Therefore, I could see my husband use the loo! Not a nice experience. It was like returning to Grandpa's day with a potty under the bed. Please instal a door between master bedroom and ensuite.
