Good size unit with magic views of the river & highrisers accross. Good size bedrooms with spa & master bedroom to balcony outside.

Place is in convenient location, however, the units are run down and are in desperate need of a revamp. Our unit had issues with it’s hot water system and made the unit smell tainted.

While the apartment was of a decent size the rooms were shabby needing a paint and the carpet old and stained.

Well first I live here, secondly it is lovely, very relaxing and central to the vibe of the casino, Broadbeach Mall, all active excitement of the Goldie.

A bit dated but nice enough.

What a fantastic, family friendly place to stay! Beautiful pool, spa and entertaining area! Close to everything! Apartment was spacious and with everything you need!

Although the facility's outside were great and well maintained, and the quite location. And yes awesome views of lights the major let down is nothing inside the unit is nice except the amount of room to move. When you find lolly wrapers, used bandaids, hair left in bathrooms from previous tenants makes this very unpleasant for the money we paid. I have stayed here before and it was quite a pleasant stay. But you guys really need to change cleaners, replace floor coverings, actually wipe dirty marks, dust and spills off of furniture replace the old beds and dirty bedding. Was not pleasant at all and doubt I will return. So much for a birthday away.

Convenient, yet quiet location in Broadbeach. Well appointed accommodation… including pool and spa, good garaging, apartments with good relaxing views over Broad waters.

Wanted disability friendly room so they put us on the top floor with no lift, whole room needed repair, not going back even when I an walk.

Nice views and so cozy. We loved the amenities: temperated swimming pool, gathering spot, bbq area, picnic area, sauna, huge living room, nicely set kitchen and so much sunshine evrywhere.

Always friendly and helpful with larger groups using multiple rooms. Cost effective for group events.

Disgusting, words can not do justice, do NOT book here — you have been warned.

Good location, clean rooms, but interior's getting dated.

I stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment which was very spacious.
Large living area with huge, comfy couch. Nice balcony. Great for families with kids, we spent a lot of time in the pool!
Easy 25 min drive to theme parks, walking distance to local shops and beach.

What a disappointing experience I have just had. Booked several rooms last year with an email confirmation, the booking was for this November. So giving them over a years notice. They go and book the rooms to other people without even letting us know. So unprofessional, how can people do this to a group of people. Would never go back or recommend them to anyone.

This is the worst resort we've ever been too. The lady manager kept backstabbing the other guests. Everything inside the apartment was falling apart, the pool felt like a hot bath. It was a horrible experience, the male manager was lovely which was the only good perj. I would never stay there again but each to his own.

Good points — Nice spot good layout price ok Bad Points — Cleaning and upkeep has a lot to be desired and not the most freindly staff, they have either full time or very regular guest they prefer to look after.

Reasonable price, nice, quite place not far from the Casino.
