So close to the beach, beautiful apartments, great views and so close to everything else!

Rooms are spacious, Ammenities are great. Right on the Beachfront. Amazing.

We had the unfortunate experience of staying here. Beachfront yes but the apartment was so filthy and not maintained in anyway. The Receptionist (Donna) was incredibly rude to say the least. No information on arrival and when approached about when the pool would actually be open her aggresive response was “NO IDEA”. The Manager tried to be polite but this woman SHOULD NOT BE working on Reception. I will be making further contact. Surfers Aquarius you are a disgrace.

To the Surfers Aquarius Team, I'm writing to you in regards to my recent stay at your hotel on the 8th February. We checked into room 25A and although the check in was nice and easy, we were extremely disappointed with the room itself. I am not too sure if you use your own internal cleaning team or an external company but the hotel room was disgustingly filthy. As soon as we walked in, the room smelt damp and musty. We had to open all of the windows and doors and put all of the fans on to try and air the smell out. There were thick layers of dust on all of the shelves and the ornaments around the room. They look like they hadn't been dusted in months. My mother in law had such a bad reaction to the dust that her face puffed up and she had to leave the day we checked in because she felt so unwell. The glasses also looked like they hadn't been washed in quite some time, many of them were so dirty you couldn't even see through them! Not something we would like to drink out of! Not to mention all of the stains and marks all over the carpet throughout the room. The condition of the cleanliness of this room was absolutely disgusting, especially for $450 a night! We booked this for a special surprise for a hens night for a bride to be and were very disappointed. This was meant to be a special night for us to all enjoy, instead one of us went home sick and the rest of us were very unhappy. I have attached photos for reference.

Change your staff at the front desk as they were unable to deal with numerous problems that we experienced with our unit.

Great family place to stay. Spa, indoor pool, outdoor pool and toddler pool. Safe areas for kids. Tennis courts, gym, putting golf, squash court, beach on the doorstep, fabulous staff, bus stop outside and trams within 700m. Surfers paradise on one side and broadbeach on the other. What's not to love.

Not bad, but could need some more service. Lots of skew, bent or dusty stuff. Wi-Fi slow due to all the concrete walls. FoxTv is cool.

Hotel apartment, the house itself is terrific, almost 360 degrees of sea view, the Pacific Ocean is at the foot. It's a great place to take your family on holiday and Daze. You can cook and wash clothes. Facilities are very complete.

Great location and beautiful view from our room. The first room we looked at did have a lot of stains on the carpet and broken tap but the second room was ok. The bbq area was fantastic. Overall I would recommend staying here.

We stayed here during the Easter holidays. We have two young boys and the location was fantastic. We could easily walk to Surfers or Broadbeach. We loved that it was so close to the beach, the location was amazing. The apartment was clean, quiet (except the ocean sounds that we loved anyway). We will definitely come back.

Nice place, Foxtel included, great facilities and a backdoor to the beach. Some things could use with a touch up, bit for the price, it's a lovely place with friendly staff and easy access to public transport, and a lovely walk to Cavill Ave.

The brunette receptionist is very rude. When I talked to her on multiple occasions she was blunt and told me because I booked the room through airbnb, that it's not her problem and she doesn't need to help. The room was nice and up to date but really dirty. They need to hire new cleaners if they even have any.

Lived in the building for 6 years, has excellent facilities and superb views.

Great views. Little bit old and run down. Carpets were filthy in both rooms.

Hotel is extremely out dated. Best part of the hotel is the pool area, with one pool and 2 spas sheltered from the weather for rainy days. Blonde Receptionist was rude, blunt, and not friendly in the slightest. Level 35 room C is extremely out dated. Beds felt like they were from 1970, dust on the ceilings, little to no cook ware. Not to mention they expect you to pay for Wi-Fi… $5 for 15 minutes with 300mb to use. Better off spending your money else where, bang for buck doesn't exist here.

View was amazing. With in walking distance to surfers and the beach is right at your door step. The decor is dated and very warn out upgrades needed. Obvious signs of things that are damage ie mirror has dark browning on the edges from the sea spray. Carpet and curtains has stains. Leather Couch is scratched with pealing leather. Backing of the dinning room chairs are broken. 3D DVD player remote batteries are leaking acid. Checking out you have to take all trash out. No house keeping for bed making clean towels ect. Cleaning is upon the occupant before check out or an extra cleaning fee added. Takes too long to receive security deposit back and rude when making inquiries about it. To be fair the view/ convenience to amenities is 5 star. The room/staff and cleanliness is a 2.

I was very lucky to live here for 6 months and the staff were amazing. I would move back tomorrow if I could. Hotel has own private access to beach, the facilities are very good. Great place and loved the staff, when I was there the balconies were getting refurbed but all finished now. Looks great.

This is just so the best this is our 10th year. Easy walking to everything in any direction. Feels like our second home.

Great apartment, views out of this world! Waking up & looking out the window to that coastline was amazing. Great location, easy walk into town & far enough away from the noise. Direct access onto the beach, good indoor pool & jacuzzi. Friendly staff and it was a free holiday!

Was a great view from our room which I could not complain about, sadly when we first arrived on the Friday night we walked into our hotel room to find that it had not been cleaned, dishes in the sink, no toilet paper, towels laying on the floor, bucket in the middle of the kitchen and a dirty floor, was not impressed although the security guard was lovely and quickly apologised and found us a clean room. Receptionist was extremely rude and wasn't at any help. Would not recommend or stay there again.

It was amazing stayed at the 35a floor and and you can see the whole ocian and the river it was all glass and there was an ocean view from all the bedrooms. They had two pools which were amazing, tennis courts, squach courts and more.

Beautiful apartment with an even more beautiful view. Facilities were great — spa, pools, sauna, steam room and a gym. The kitchens were modern and everything was very clean. The reception area however is lacking in design and really doesnt do the place justice. Overall it was a very relaxing and pleasant stay, would recommend.

Right on beach front with amazing view! Room's are well equipt with everything you would need, especially the kitchen. Lots of space. Amazing staff!

Great place to stay. Room was spacious and view was amazing. Car park is underground and locked up. Would definitely recommend.

Will never come back here again. Reception staff were very rude, room was filthy, we found underwear on the floor so we asked to change rooms but the new room wasn't much better. Walls were filthy, we opened up a cupboard and it was full of dirty linen and rubbish. We found screws all over the place, dirty dishes in the dishwasher and after one use the dishwasher blew up.

Gold stars all round! This place is awesome! They have a great out-door pool (great size — big), two in-door spas and an in-door pool. Has tennis courts, a squash court, outdoor cooking areas and even a 9 hole mini put course! The room was awesome and was air conditioned :). Elevators were quick and were always available! Right by the beach and easy access. Great carpark. We did have a slight issue with a tap that was leaking but that was fixed within 2 hours after being reported! Highly Recommended!

We stayed 4 nights recently, entirely happy, sauna rooms, spa, swimming pools, tennis courts, friendly staff, views to die for, underground parking, absolutely loved our apartment 33f, in fact we did not want to leave. We highly recommend this hotel.

Just had a great holiday at Surfers Aquarius. Stayed in a high floor apartment facing sea and surfers paradise. Staff were friendly and helpful, good gym, pools and tennis courts, but the great view was the high point for me. Nothing beats sitting in winter sun overlooking the beach and laying in bed at night looking at moon lit ocean. If possible ask for a A or E appartment (they are on the beach) and a high floor (25+) so look over adjacent buildings and can see from one end of the coast to the other.
