Good family Accommodation.

The managers are very pleasant and extremely helpful. My family and I stayed for almost a year. Never had any problems. Great stay. Would recommend this place to singles. Couples. Definitely families. Thank you.

Great location, friendly staff, but poor in kitchen supplies.

Our room was great, easy check in and friendly staff.

Very dirty and old apartments. The placemats on the table still had food in them, the floor wasn't swept properly, and the shower head was broken.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom. Although the unit was dated it was clean and had everything we needed.
We couldn't have been happy with the managers they were super friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the beds (seems they haven't been replaced since 1960) and the managers went above and beyond to fix with the owners refusing to get new beds. The problem with this place isn't the managers or the actual units or locations, its that each unit is privately owned and owners need… to spend money on them… All in all we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Quite dirty in general, rundown not worth it. Sheets looked like they were reused without​ washing. Every drawings in kitchen broken.

Very fast check in process, quiet and calm with spacious room, room a bit old but feel comfortable, nice pool but have yet to try due to weather and time constrain. Good shower in bathroom, btw they have 2 bathroom, TV with foxtel channel, fully equipped kitchen, bed and pillow is a bit soft but ok with me, it just a matter of preferences, plenty parking spaces. Location in Broadbeach but near to Surfers.

Central location, a block to the beach and tram basically at your doorstep. Apartments are roomy with a balcony overlooking the pool, have a washing machine & dryer, full kitchen, FOXTEL, internet access and are nicely furnished. Pool and BBQ area are great and the kids certainly got their money's worth in the pool! Only thing to consider is there are no lifts, therefore you are walking up stairs. But we didn't find this much of a problem (just meant we didn't have to feel guilty if we decided to tuck into some dessert lol) We have stayed at Tradewinds 3 times now in the last 12 months and have enjoyed each and every time. Thank you Michelle for looking after us, I'm sure it won't be the last you have seen of us! Very affordable accommodation for families on a budget and definitely recommend. Will be back again for sure.

Took my 3 children here was a trip well needed after my husband passed away. I can't fault the place. Great space, rooms and living areas tidy. Management were excellent. And very affordable so close to the beach. The kids and I loved it! Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Very disappointed won't say anymore all the photos looked good on the website when you get here it's the opposite.

I would not recommend this motel had mold in bedroom around door. Would never stay there again.

AAAAARRRRRGGGGHHHH! Save yourself the misery! We had cockroaches… lots of them… on the kitchen bench, in the dishwasher, falling into the fridge when you opened the door. On the bath… even after spraying they were coming out. Threads pulled in the carpet at the entrance would be a tripping hazard. stained curtains. Rubbish on the floor in corners and under furniture from previous guests. What appeared to be bloodstains on the quilt of the master bed… not a nice place to stay. No star review.

Seriously would not recommend to anyone — ONLY ONE toilet roll provided per stay no matter how many people or how long for the stay — old and dirty apartment — broken wardrobe that filled uncleaned, old and hairy pillows and duvets. — no in-room Wi-Fi — old and uncleaned kitchen implements — no elevators.

Stay this weekend and would not return, apartment was dirty and the kitchen was not well equipped, not even a glass to have a drink out of. I'm still waiting for management to call me back when used the emergency number when we arrived on our first night.

Fucking shit hole stay away people it's disgusting check out room before you pay because they will not give you your money back.

Great place to stay! Family friendly and the management where so friendly it was an amazing time away thanks to them.

The location is great, close to all amenities. The pool is great. I think this is their biggest asset. The unit is ok, a bit old, unrepaired and in need of proper cleaning (broken cupboards, sliding door, dirty windows). There was no internet as they have advertised. It was stated that an internet kiosk is available in the games room, but there was no games room.

Back again for some classic Gold Coast Winter sun. Kids loved the warm pool and spa and just 2 mins to some of the best beaches in the world! Great value will be back for sure.

We stayed for 4 nights december 2009 like others we found the apartments in desperate need of decor and facilities update and in general it needed a good clean, broken fixtures out numbered the working ones mouldy showers and a big gob of used chewing gum on the curtains from a previous occupant was NOT a nice touch. Now I see why they ask for money up front! Travellers beware do you self a favour and stay somewhere else.

I stayed in your hotel on the 16th, 17th and checked out on the 18th of October and was DEFINENTLY not impressed! On our arrival we found that the apartment was not up to standards for the price that we had paid. The Apartment had holes in the walls, the lounge in the lounge room was broken, batteries in all remotes bar one were flat and A friend of mine nearly broke her neck when she sat on a plastic patio chair which was missing one leg. The linen was not clean as it had hair on it and was dirty, the air conditioner was not cleaned properly which was potentially harmful as my friend suffers from asthma, as I tried to use the vacuum it did not work and when the cord was put back in it gave me an electric shock. Please keep in mind that we had two seperate hotel rooms in different parts of the hotel and they were in EXACTLY the same condition. This holiday apartment only provides the amenities like a toilet roll for each bathroom and coffee and tea sachet on the day of your check-in, and after that you have to buy your own toilet rolls until you check out. I Would Definenlty Not Be Recommending This Hotel To Any Person I Know And Will Be Asking Them To Pass On What I Have Just Written.
