I stayed there in November and would definitely stay again great service and great location.

Do not go there. Staff (duty manger — rudest lady ever), stealing is what they are good at. Don’t get fooled by the view from the rooms and all. ROOM 3702 was our honeymoon suite, yes it was supposed to be all fun but the staff decided to steal our stuff. As I checked out 27.01.2022 morning I forgot my makeup kit worth $1500+ in the room. After us the owner of the suite was supposed to be in to stay. So Called them and went back to the resort and the duty manager was so rude and started saying it wasn’t there ever however I told her I remember putting it in the wardrobe and forgot to take it out with me later but she was so adamant that the staff didn’t steal it or MAYBE the OWNER I should say. I asked her if I can check cameras and she said there are none. If you rhapsody people want something just say so instead of stealing other people’s stuff and ruining their honeymoon. Never go there especially room 3702

Always enjoy our time at Rhapsody resort. Excellent views, spacious rooms and handy to the tram stop to go north or south to ammenities.

Friendly, helpful staff. Property is kept very tidy & clean. Great facilities & the best Cafe for brunch, with clean, fresh food available and freshly made juices!

Such a beautiful place to stay at. From the time we arrived to the very end was a very awesome experience. Situated just out of the busyness of surfers but a 10-15 min walk to Cavill was so still so convenient. Arrived early morning at 9:30 and was advised at check in that room was ready. Roof top is so beautiful with stunning views. Beachside Cafe just outside reception was a plus for us. Will definitely be back for sure.

Loved the hotel and the facilities. It was great being on the beach and having the tram station nearby. Pool is heated and the spa, sauna & steam room we're great to use and relax in. The only problems were the horrible beds and pillows and the water pressure in the shower. Would've also liked smart tvs so we could use our streaming services.

Awesome service, staff happy to help in anyway. Close to Surfers Paradise 10 minute stroll, quick walk to beach, tram at back door. Fantastic view from our room. Our apartment had everything we needed stove, oven, dishwasher and laundry. Air con in all rooms and two bathrooms in our two bedroom apartment was great. There’s also pool, spa, sauna and a steam room down stairs which was great to relax… only thing people need to push the button on spa hehehe.

Very disappointed! After 3 years coming here this was out last. Dirty room, oily kitchen and cooking appliances, dirty dishes, hair in bathroom and shelves, burnt carpets and blinds, dirty dirty dirty! Manager response was not helpful! $100 per night hotels are cleaner.

Amazing family holiday and great location, price and service… being a hotelier myself… could not fault anything… nice clean modern apartments and will surely come back and recommend… well done guys… car parking is a real challenge though and that needs to be looked at.

Our 2nd stay at the Rhapsody, wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Stunning apartment with fantastic views and great facilities. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Level 41 is amazing, with panoramic views, bbq facilities, everything was so clean and tidy. Bike hire avail too and with the paths right outside your door. Great restaurants and cafes in nearby Tedder Avenue, highly recommend can’t wait for our next visit.

This place is fantastic from the receptionists to the accommodation. The studio apartment was superb, clean and comfortable.

Awesome location, very clean and tidy rooms. Great place to stay and good facilities. Only downside would be the elevators and the little hard-to-see parking gate swipe box.

Place is amazing. Level 37 for myself, partner and daughter. Rooftop terrace with bbq area is awesome. Free guest parking. Signage for pool towels be great as we used apartment towels. Overall amazing.

We booked this resort thinking it's a 5 star resort. We were extremely dissapointed on our arrival when we entered the reception area. We wanted to cancel our booking straight away but because we arrived late the receptionist told us we had to wait till the next day even if there was a possibility of cancellation! We have travelled a fair bit and this place is definitely not considered as a resort. It doesn't have the welcoming feel of other resorts and the facilities are minimal. No bar fridge in the rooms. The classification should be serviced apartment not a resort! So if you are looking for a more relaxed atmosphere don't book this place because the same amount of money can book you some where better and closer to the main street. Their photos are also misleading.

5 stars all around… Fabulous location, rooms and customer service… Highly recommend the Rhapsody. Close to tram and bus service, beach just across the round. Loved our stay…

I cannot fault this resort, stayed in a 1 bedroom ocean view apartment for 2 nights on the 26th floor and it was by far the best place I’ve stayed here on the coast. The photos on the website don't do it justice, the views are amazing and the apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, the bed was comfortable and the service was proficient from all staff. There is complimentary parking, a tram stop right outside, and everything is close in vicinity. The pool and spa are both lovely to relax in, and highly recommend going up to level 41 for a 360• view. Will be back again!

The room was nice and spacious! Not the biggest pool in the world and a bit foggy in their. Spa was pretty big and hot. Would recommend staying here and may even stay here again.

Very clean and staff are very accommodating. Close to the beach and not a huge distance to cavill ave. After moving accommodation to somewhere else due to changing locations we ended up coming back and cancelling our other accommodation. Rooftop view is magical. Highly recommend.

We spent a week in Rhapsody. It is located in a great area and in walking distance to Cavill Avenue or you can use the train if you want to. We enjoyed our stay there. The staff are very friendly and the apartments are really good and clean. The only thing that they need to improve is the housekeeping service as they don't really do much in cleaning the bathrooms.

For price, location and view. Best place I have ever stayed at. 40th floor over looking Southport view with beach, city and Mountain View’s. Staff from front office to housekeeper were most professional and welcoming. Would give it a 6/5 if I could. Unforgettable stay.

This apartment is at one of the quieter corner near the main beach just beside Marriott Hotel. It has great view to the ocean and also able to see the views towards the mountains. There was not much business around the place but you can have some peace and quiet moment. Was attract by it close proximity to the surfer paradise and its facilities. If to compare with the observation deck. I will the later than Rhapsody.

Grand views, north central location on the beach. Modern building with all facilities except a bar. Less than 100 m to tram stop, convenient to shopping, food, discount liquor stores and hotspots. Fair tariffs, two night stay is just two short. Private, secure underground parking. Great choice! Will return!

Absolutely stunning hotel. Room was spacious, clean and modern. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The views from the rooftop bbq and balcony area were AMAZING. Short walk to anything needed. Will definitely be staying here again next trip to the gold coast.

We loved our stay at Rhapsody Resort. Great customer service and great location. Had great time. Awesome views, one side ocean and other side city.

Just arrived, the room was very, very beautiful.
Decide directly to stay one more day.
Two-bedroom family apartment, children's room two beds, suitable for two-child families. A variety of family facilities are available, laundry, cooking, daze. The only downside is that breakfast is not included.

We stayed at Rhapsody in January for 4 nights, the apartment was beautiful and clean. The views were amazing and I can't speak highly enough of the staff, they were so helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. The location was very handy and an easy walk from surfers paradise, but far enough away for a quiet stay. My only complaint is the pillows were awful. I'm quite fussy with my pillows and usually travel with my own, which I didn't this time. Will definitely recommend these apartments to friends and wished we had stayed longer.

This is my 3rd time staying at Rhapsody and I'll be back again! Amazing views, great rooms, nice pool, spa, BBQ area and to top it off the staff are fantastic. Just take note: The location is away from the main drag of Surfers Paradise. You will have to walk (15mins) or drive to town as there isn't much around the actual apartment building in terms of shops and food. However, this does mean it's quiet and you're still only 5mins from the beach! Highly recommended.

We stayed at Rhapsody Resort during Christmas break in a 2 Bedroom Ocean View Apartment room. It was an excellent experience. Best part is its superb location. It is right in front of Surfers Paradise beachline. Just 4min walk to main Surfers Paradise centre. Hence its on the beach but away from the crowd. Parking is free in the hotel. Free Wi-Fi with excellent speed. Rooms were perfectly clean and spacious. TV in every room. Amenities like kitchen, cutlery, laundry etc were available in the room. Best was the view from the room. Could see the ocean from balcony and one of the rooms. The room service was timely and very efficient. Price for stay was also justified for the holiday season. Highly recommended place to stay for a smooth Gold Coast visit.

Great facilities and amenities, has everything you would need for your stay. Great location as well with lovely views from all the rooms. Close to the beach and has public transport nearby (tram and bus)

Great accommodation and great location adjacent the G. Disappointing that our ocean view is actually blocked by trees. Paid an additional amount for the view! Rooms very clean and tidy, came with everything you need for a long stay.

Great views, good size rooms, outstanding facilities with the gym, pool and spa, residential lounge and rooftop lookout all first class. My only issue (and its a big one) would be with the beds. The beds are probably the cheapest ones a accommodation provider could provide. With the ensemble and mattress of very poor quality. The dam things are on rollers so everytime I sat up to read the bed would roll away from the wall! Not only that I could feel the springs in my butt and back! This unfortunately is a deal breaker for me which is such a great shame because I would love to return. Management of Rhapsody please look into this surly I can't be the first person who has complained about this. You are a 5 star establishment with 1 star beds! How did this happen?!

The rooms are amazing and very homely, it's like another home away from home, which is very rare to find. Service was amazing and timely.

The apartment was lovely, large and spacious and had everything we needed (good shower too). Loved the roof top terrace with BBQ pity it was a really windy day so we couldn't make full use of it, but we took a drink to the viewing room on level 27 instead and watched the waves. The pool is more of a lap pool but was nice. Location seems OK, we walked quite a bit to get to the restaurants but there might be other options nearer. Parking (under the hotel) was easy and there were plenty of spaces. The staff we encountered were all really nice and down to earth.

Clean, tidy & spacious top notch units, with everything you need & excellent pool, spa, BBQ, guest lounge and viewing deck/lounge facilities. Why pay for Q1 Observation Deck, when you can see just as much from level 41 of Raphsody Resort. Just a bit north of the hustle & bustle of Surfers Paradise, so a quieter vacinity, & no thump, thump night club music, but still only a swift 15 minute walk or 2 tram stops from the centre of the Surfers Paradise action. Perfect for families wanting a slightly better grade of facility.

This resort is very well located. Right next to the beach and close to most amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful. Mainly been dealing with Sandy and Paula who are both great. Special mention to Paula who's been awesome with her bubbly personality, full of good recommendations and smiles. The view from our room (31st floor) was gorgeous! The only downside was probably the bed being too firm… I still recommend that place though. They have a roof top terrace on the 41st floor with great views, a gym, a pool, spa and residents lounge.

Check in was easy, parking was easy although a bit of a maze to find the driveway. The room we stayed in which was the lowest tier room, was on level 18 and was absolutely amazing. The rooms were kitted out with everything you would need for a week stay as well as 2 TV's, 2 air con units, decent fridge and cooking appliances. Amazing view of the city and the beach from the balcony too.

Such an amazing stay. Very nice fresh and clean. Comfortable beds amazing views. Great rooftop viewing platform for guests to use. Highly recommended would stay again!

I'm loving it. Right on the beach front. Beautiful views and great modern apartments. We've only just checked in but the service here is next to none. We noticed a stench coming from the main bathroom and reported it and staff were straight in to solve the problem. Worth the money and it's just on the outside of the busy cavill ave.

I'm reviewing the employee, Georgie, more than the complex itself. We booked for 4 nights while I was attending a property management conference with my husband. We had quite a drive to get there and Georgie personally called us to see what time we would get there and offered to give directions. Her bubbly personality continued when we asked about where to eat that was quiet yet beautiful food and good wine. We never would have found Black Coffee Lyrics without her and we never would have had the night we did. Seeing Georgie again today, she had the same beautiful smile and personality that we experienced last night. As a business owner, I have learned to quickly recognize impeccable customer service skills. This delightful young woman is an absolute asset to the business. Hold onto her guys. I'd love to have her working for me. Georgie thank you for making us feel so very welcome.

Thank you for a great stay in gold coast. The rooms were well organized with modern gadgets like the oven, dryer etc. The view of the beach is breathtaking. Would definitely come back to rhapsody if I am back in gold coast again.

Initially we booked the studio room which was quite small with disappointing view. We discussed this at the front desk and for an extremely reasonable price we were offered us another room which we took. The second room was a huge improvement and the view was incredible. The staff were also extremely helpful throughout our stay, especially Georgie. Look forward to future visits.
