We stayed at the woodroffe hotel this weekend and found it great, comfortable bed and quiet room on level 4, lovely customer service from Christine on reception, we will be back.

Caring staff. Conveniently located. Spotlessly clean and comfortable.

Pleasant place with great service and beautiful place to have coffee and breakfast staff very friendly also close to RSL club which is also a very nice place.

I recently stayed at this great Hotel on a work related trip. I found the room very comfortable with a large cozy king size bed. The staff are all very friendly and helpful making my stay very relaxing. Had a very large And yummy breakfast and great coffee which was included in the accommodation cost at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be back again and highly recommend this great hotel in the heart of Southport close to all the action.

We had a great sleep, was no stomping on above levels of floors late at night, very clean. Aircon was very cold. We had bfast at the cafeteria and was absolutely lovely — bacon n egg on Turkish bread — was not one ounce of oil sitting around the food. Ideal place for bfast. Very reasonable pricing and secure parking a must as we all like our security for vehicles.

Comfortable rooms and great location.

The hotel was more than accommodating when I asked for early check in. Easy use of access to the hotel and room and enough parking. Rooms were modern, clean and I appreciated the block out curtins after being out late the night before. Great to have the tea and coffee and hair-dryer available. Quiet location and well positioned from local attractions and conveniences.

We arrived after hours and Check in instructions were easy to understand. Our room was spotless, bed comfy and aircon great. Only couple of things I would suggest is that they provide hairdryers in rooms and cookies to go with your coffee. Cafe downstairs was nice but a cereal breakfast bar would be a welcome addition. Location is quiet and close to Australia Fair Shopping precinct. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

My husband and I had a lovely stay in Woodroffe hotel last weekend. We came in early and they were happy to store our luggage as we had a wedding to attend to. Please extend our gratitude to the man in reception who helped us with storing our luggage, he is so nice, friendly, accommodating and very professional. Can't thank him enough. Nice, clean hotel and super new! Close to public transport (e. G tram and bus station) Also close to shopping centre and rsl club.
Staff are awesome, checkout was fast and the staff made a good coffee. I will def recommend this hotel to everyone xxx.
