What they lack in bowls, they make up for with great service. My friends and I have enjoyed spending the last few days here.

Very Family Freindly, great service and rooms are very spacious.

Hosts were very friendly, the rooms were clean, the beds comfortable close to all theme parks definitely worth looking at if you need accommodation.

Nice relax in a double bed in an upper floor room with four windows got fresh air coffee tea blankets biscuits… and a great receptionist who called to see if I'm ok after surgery

Management were 100% helpful and welcoming from the very first phone call. We can't fault any part of our stay. Apartment was clean, pool and areas were tidy and clean. Close to everything.

Highly recommend and so handy it’s like your home away from home to enjoy the wonderful Gold Coast.

We stayed here the night before surgery as its close to hospital and easy to get to from Roma street… beds were very hard. Room was clean and position was excellent. Tram stop out the front made it easy to get around My hubbie stayed here till I got out of hospital.

Have enjoyed the time spent at Earls Court. Great receptionist always helpful, friendly, Housekeeping does a great job. However a 2nd clothes drier would go down a treat. Had to wait for the only dryer for ages. After a long day it was not good waiting.

Clean, quiet, and central to most amenities in Southport. Tram and bus stop outside. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Lovely friendly and helpful reception staff. Room & grounds very clean. Needed cereal bowls, forks and dessert spoons. Advertised free Wi-Fi but was capped. Downside was NOISE! Neighbour had the TV blaring, people downstairs loud as hell at 11pm. Someone woke at 5am showering which sounding like it was in our room. Also all corridors lights were left on all night. If noise wasn't an issue we'd happily return.

This place is alright if you are traveling through and looking for somewhere to put your head down.

We booked a room for 2 nights over the Australia day long weekend. From the ease of booking to getting the text on the day to say "your room is now ready to check in and we look forward to meeting you" We pulled into Earls court which was easy to find on Nerang Rd Southport for a couple of tired victorians, We walked Into reception and were pleasantly greeted by the staff who got our paperwork sorted in record time! After parking our car n the underground carpark we ventured upstairs to our room through the apartment complex which was neat and well kept. The moment of truth was upon us as we inserted our key into the wondering what was the other side as we had stayed in some complete shockers earlier… The lock turned and the door opened… "Wow" what a neat and spacious apartment/room! Everything was well set out and more importantly clean. We would not hesitate to recommend this to others and will keep this on our list of preferred accommodation to stay in on Future Gold Coast expeditions.

For a no frills Motel I was impressed. Location is great, very convenient for the tram and local restaurants. Pool is clean and definitely usable, but Wi-Fi is not free. Rooms cleaned daily and staff are friendly. I'd stay there again for sure.

Staff were friendly but the room was a bit small specially in the toilet, the toilet bowl was too close to the shower screen so I hit my head a couple of times with the shower screen. The room was not that clean, one of the cabinet was smell very bad.

Decent sized rooms and reasonably comfy beds. Definitely reasonably priced and would stay there again.

Stayed last night and it was great. The staff were very nice and friendly. The pool looked amazing that all three kids said it was nice but to cold for me. Thanks heaps. We will be back to stay in the future.

The room is large, clean, and comfortable with older fittings. We had a microwave, kettle, and toaster which were very convenient. The location was great being very central between theme parks and Surfers Paradise. The library and inside courtyard are a nice touch. The staff was very friendly. The Wi-Fi having a 300mb limit and the toilet being too close to the shower being the only downsides.

Clean, efficient polite staff, adequate free undercover parking, easy access, very close to public transport and amenities. Rooms well serviced, comfortable beds larger than normal bathroom. Reasonably well appointed. No negatives.

The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Booked for 3 people (and paid for 3 people) but were only provided 2 cups, 2 mugs, etc. No information folder was available for local restaurants etc. Poor internet service. Overall it was a decent place to stay. However, when questioning why the key deposit had not been refunded 4 days later, was essentially mocked and treated very rudely. Unlike other motels that will take card details to charge for lost key should it be necessary, this motel actually changes your card immediately and only processes a refund on return. While an odd practice, I did not question it. Yet 5 days later the refund has not been applied and I have been told "it's not their problem" and to wait another week before contacting them. It was a very poor attitude. If my refund does come through I will update this. If you choose to stay here I recommend paying key deposit in cash so you won't have to deal with this ridiculous process.

I have stayed here a few times now and I couldn't find a more helpful place, manager has gorne above and beyond to help me.
I have had spine surgery and was kept in hospital 4 days longer than expected. I rang them each morning to let them know that I wasnt comming out of hospital.
While I was in hospital for 10 days Thay let me leave my ute at the complex with my fridge pluged into power.
When I was released from hospital I rang them to let them know that I was coming tha…t day and got my room number so the cab could drop me at the room.
Then the manager and a geust carried my luggage from my ute down to my room for me, and since then if I need any thing I've only have to ask.
As I said the management and staff are at 10 stars for their service to their clients. Thank you everyone here! I'm here until the 3rd or 4th of February 2017

The staff were awesome and assisted us with our travel queries. We very much enjoyed the stay. Close to all public transport!

Stayed here twice recently. Comfortable rooms. Medium standard building with very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are roomy and clean. Comfortable bedding. Will stay again. Convenient tram to University Hospital almost outside. Good value.

Earls Court Motor Inn was a great place to stay! Comfy beds, clean and neat, quiet nights, fabulous breakfast, convenient for Southport Central and Australia Fair and the new tram service was so easy to get places! The managers were super helpful and lovely — they made my stay pleasant and carefree.
