Clean and modern rooms. Very comfortable. Service was excellent. Food was outstanding. Fabulous location.

Relaxing atmosphere over looking the harbour modern amenities, comfortable beds and rooms serviced every day. Wonderful spa treatment for pampering and walk straight out to Esplanade from the hotel Highly recommend.

I would definitely recommend to stay here. From the initial greeting to leaving we enjoyed our stay. Immaculately clean. Great views, food and location were all perfect.

Absolutely a fabulous hotel! Short stay or long stay. Just fantastic can not make more of a recommendation for this superb hotel. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ when next in Cairns we will definitely be staying here in their urban king rooms. Do yourselves a favour and give this place a go! Perfect location!

The Crystalbrook Flynn its hands down one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The design of the rooms and hotel is luxurious and comfortable. The service was very friendly, prompt and helpful. The view from my room was absolutely amazing, could sit on the balcony for hours.

Staff on reception were extremely helpful and obliging. Public areas were immaculate, definitely be back and thank you.

It's been our couple getaway. Love each time we stay here. The ambience, the gym, the swimming pools, restaurants, bar, band, customer service and the upgrades. Thank you. We highly recommend Flynn to be a couples retreat.

Very relaxing break.

We had a lovely weekend celebrating my birthday! The kids loved the pool! The two bedroom suite was very spacious with a fantastic view! My only complaint is the lighting in the room is a bit dark (especially for putting makeup on) and we wait a while for cocktails on Friday afternoon at the bar. There was only one waiter on and a full bar of guests.
Otherwise we would highly recommend the Flynn Hotel and we’ll be back!

Loved this place! Perfect location, staff were so friendly. Our room was amazing, so clean, nice new furnishings, great view & most importantly the bed was soooo comfy & the Shower was great. Definitely the best place I stayed during my 3 week holiday up north. Will definitely be back.

Lovely hotel and fabulous location with a great view!

There is no service at this hotel once you get passed reception. No food, no drinks, no water, no towels. We couldn't even get a drink around the pool as apparently the hotel was not busy… so what about the guests you have! We stayed on a Luxury Escapes deal… there is nothing luxury about this escape. Don't stay here unless you want to stay on a Saturday as apparently that is when they offer service. But don't expect a classy bar as it's so noisy and trashy you won't want to have a drink there.

What a fabulous hotel! From the moment we walked in. The staff were wonderful. The hotel smelt amazing and I loved the accessibility to everything we wanted and needed. After every full day we came back to our rooms and our beds were made, tea, coffee, milk and water restocked and fresh towels. My only negative would be the room service hours. Our planned activities started early every day and it would have been nice to enjoy some breakfast in our room while getting ready… in saying that, we made use of the on-site restaurant for breakfast, which was delicious. Thank you to all the staff for our memorable getaway!

Always stay at crystalbrok collection hotels in Cairns the Riley the Bailey and now the Flynn all 5 star the rooms and the staff our stays are memorable and we never want to leave. Highly recommend crystalbrook hotels.

Having a great stay here at the Flynn. Sea view room with a balcony, great location and very attentive and helpful staff/customer service! Would be happy to stay here again.

Saw the advertised lobster roll and loaded fries special from 11;30-9:30pm, wow, drove in from the beaches arrived at 4:30, went to order and was told kitchen doesn’t open until 5:30?
Um, advertising said from 11:30-9:00pm?
Spoke to service staff member Chris, who was dismissive, arrogant and rude and said kitchen doesn’t re-open until 5:30, we pointed out the advertisement which was running on the big screens, Chris responded with remarkable customer service that it was a marketing problem?

The setting was awesome. Few too many fans but I'm a local like it warm. Bit over priced for a burger but it was different. Charcoal bun with calamari rings on top very flash. Staff nice and friendly.

Good service and quality.

Great atmosphere! Absolutely loved the drinks and food. Will be making Flynn’s a regular stop!
