Beautiful hotel. Very quaint and cute. Jacob was so helpful during our entire stay! Good location. Can walk to shops and the piers in no time.

Very nice place, and handy to the Ferry Terminal if you are heading out to Green Island or doing a reef tour.

Excellent location! Clean rooms. Friendly staff. It was the perfect headquarters for us to go ro and from to all our trips… rainforest & great reef barrier.

Great place to go for local seafood and service. Highly recommended.

We stayed in the hotel for only one night for a part of our honeymoon in cairns and had an amazing second floor suite overlooking Abbott st. We were greeted in the afternoon by Jacob, who was the concierge, extremely helpful and polite gentleman. The place was so clean and tidy, room was great, central location overall a satisfying stay.

Very good if you travel with family/kids. Very well located (central). For us a couple it was a too big and impersonal apartment, but I can't deny it can be really practical if you travel with kids.

Nice hotel in a great area. Walking distance to the main attractions in Cairns, and close to public transit if leaving the area. Rooms were clean and a good size for two people.

Very nice new rooms but noise can be an issue. Can hear what is happening in the adjacent rooms and doors can be very noisy at night.

Room was spacious and all amenities were new or fairly new. Staff was courteous and responsive to all requests or questions. The entryway is slightly hidden (small blue overhang that does clearly state the hotels name). Morning muffins/pastries and complementary coffee/cappuccino starting at 7 am. If I visit cairns again, I will definitely book here, as it is central to several restaurants and shops, within a short walk of the harbor, and all around was a pleasant experience.

Location is very good and staff is nice but hotel is noisy. Walls are thin, you hear the neighbours. Have to say big thank you to David who came in the middle of the night to sort out a very noisy problem with the bathroom's exhaust fan. Noise was too overwhelming to be able to sleep but he looked until he found a solution. Many thanks David.

Excellent room and front desk service. Bags stored between visits while we went on a diving trip. Does not have a restaurant.

In the city centre of Cairns, very convenient, clean and tidy rooms with hot water and good water pressure. Would stay again.

Very comfortable, excellent shower lots of hot water, easy to find and accessible to everything, short walk to Esplanade.

This is a decent hotel without fancy stuffs but everything just good! Great location on Abbott street close to super market, restuarants amd shops. Walk to the Lagoon and wharf within 10 minutes which is important if you are going to join any GBR tour from Cairns.

Quite a nice little place, could do with a communal kitchenette or something like that as there is no place to reheat food.

Truly spectacular service. Great location right in the heart of Cairns. Very comfortable rooms and amazing value. I ended up booking with them 3 different times in the same month because it was everything I could ask for in a hotel. Cecile and David helped with everything from restaurant recommendations to things to do around the area. And in my opinion the most important thing is they told us what to avoid. Loved my experience here.

My daughter stayed there. I booked through Expedia so I was going by what I saw online. They were wonderful to her! Made her feel safe and very welcoming! Very comforting knowing she was in a safe place and able to enjoy her time in Cairns! Thank you!
