My room was disgusting! Definitely had not been cleaned properly, doesn’t even look like they attempted to vacuum the carpet there is so much hair on it.

Loved our stay. Easy to deal with when we were late. Nice clean room and lots of space.

Great staff, great service, great prices.

I would definitely sleep here again. Apartment we took was very clean. Rooms and bathrooms were big. There was living room with couch and small kitchen inside. You could also use gym and swimming pool available on lower floor. Everything we needed was there accompanied by great view on the city.

Amazing for our purpose I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Stayed for two weeks very good place reception lovely and friendly and will help out where they can. Room was lovely clean and comfortable with every thing you need in the kitchen microwave cooker fridge freezer. Close to the city centre about 15mins away or less depends on the heat lol. Shop just down the road for local stuff. Big superstore about 15mins away in opposite direction to the city centre. I would defo book again the only one down side was the Wi-Fi as you need a code and it runs out on certain dates which court me out once or twice. Other than that I highly recommend you book if staying in Brisbane. Happy holidays xxx.

Kitchen facilities poor. I couldn't reach the microwave which was well above head height and I am 158cm. Staff were lovely and it was very crisp and clean. Priced a little high.

Perfect, spacious and clean rooms with everything you need to be comfortable, equipped kitchen and nice vain with washing machine. The bed pretty good. Common areas such as an impeccable BBQ pool.

Stayed here the night before my wedding in the two bedroom apartment. Very helpful staff.
Clean, comfy, the best veiw and lots of room.
Was the second time staying here and would stay again for sure.

I visited the ridges to look at buying a unit. The unit was nice and the service was good from the receptionist however the unit wasn't what I was looking for as a permanent living arrangement. However even though it wasn't for me, I could see that the service and quality was still 5 star worthy.

Location is central to where I need to be and rooms are great and the staff are friendly and super helpful.

Whilst I was grateful that there was room in this Hotel, there were a few things that drove me crazy — the tiny kitchen that had absolutely no bench space, and the fact that they didn't have a washing machine even though the bathroom was huge! I loved the wooden floors, the couch, and knowing that there were swim and gym facilities. I would have stayed long-term if there was a more usable kitchen and laundry. The windows directly faced the apartments next door which I wasn't used to. Felt a bit exposed. But overall a good location but that hill is so hard to climb when the weather gets hot and humid. Pleasant room once you get the AC on.

I've visited this place a few times and must say it has really improved under the new managers. The apartments, lobbies and lifts have been refurbished and the service has improved remarkably. The location is great, only 5 minutes’ walk to the CBD.

Room I had was nothing like the photos on the website, was definitely well worn and due for a refresh. There was no remote for the aircon or welcome/instructions which my colleagues room had. The condition of the halls and lifts just set you up for a not so good vibe. It is a room and comfortable bed, but I would relate the appearance to what you can expect from a hostel/old motel. Only that's it's a studio apartment is what differs. I won't stay there again unless a major refurb is done throughout.

Do NOT even think about staying here! Ok, so I arrived. Room looked pretty decent, nice location, nice view. But that night when I was getting ready for bed I noticed my pillow case and a large area on my side of the bed was covered in blood! Yes blood! They clearly didn't wash the sheets! I felt like throwing up. So I went and complained. The lady at the desk was like "oh really" and gave us a key to another room. So we quickly had to pack our things and move down 3 floors (without any help or propper apology). When we got to our new room it was 1/3 the size of the last one, furniture was old and hideous, this room didn't have a washer/dryer/hairdryer like the last one. The white walls had dirty marks all over them, and there was sauce residue around the stove. This room also had a horrible view of the road, and was incredibly noisey. The neighboors kept us up all night screaming. The next day I had hoped to come home to a clean room and fresh towels, but then we discovered there was no maid service. We had 2 towels, 1 bar of soap and 1 roll of toliet paper for our stay. On the second night I went outside for a ciggarette and my card wouldn't let me back into the building. Lucky I had my phone and my partner was able to come down and let me in. I could go on and on about how bad this place was. Oh yes, the pool HAD NO WATER IN IT! oh and my friends room was also small and dirty and had used soap left in the shower and a dirty toliet when he arrived.

We booked in for 6 nights, room was big and comfortable, bed was comfortable and quiet location. However, shower cubicle filled up with water, very poor drainage, we pointed this out to staff but nothing was done. Could have done with more towels, and clean ones after 3 days would have been good. Ran out of toilet paper and soap, these should have been attended to as a matter of course. Also, no car parks were available and there is no loading bay outside the hotel.
