Disgusting rooms with no view! Booked a room with view gave me 1st first floor with a view of some ones room, staff was no help other then offering me a refund now I have no unit for the weekend false advertising don't even try your luck big disappointment.

Unmaintained Appartment, Wifi connected but internet doesn't work all the time, room carpet is too dusty, passages bad smelling, they didn't clean room and provide new towel on Sunday but still they charged Never Ever Stay Again.

Stayed here for work purposes with colleagues. Great location and views. We were upgraded to one of the higher floors with great views of the river. Story Bridge Hotel nearby and a wonderful 25 minute walk into Southbank. Highly recommended. Very reasonably priced for a three bedroom apartment.

I have stayed here many times and have found it to be excellent. Extremely close to the Storey Bridge Hotel and the great, quality restaurants of historic Kangaroo Point. I have been in apartments that have looked out over the Bridge and have never found the sound annoying or even intrusive, just spectacular. Some of the apt are older than others but the rate reflects this. Taxi to the Valley or the City is inexpensive and sometimes the option of the ferry is also a great way, and also sometimes a quite romantic way to get home after a meal in the city. The pool is also great for swimming out those hangovers. >.

Lovely, clean, freshly painted, new air cons in the main room and bed room. Good bed and hot shower, Just what we needed. Staff very helpfull and frenidly. We had a 8pm flight the next day and they allowed us to chill by the resort style pool, which includes the BBQ area and gym.

I recently paid full price for 5 nights in a 2 bed apartment. It was very disappointing. The unit was on the 11th floor and looked out over the freeway with 24hr traffic noise. The kitchen was scruffy with paint pealing off cupboards. The balcony was tiny and unusable as we were unable to have any windows or doors open because of the noise. I informed the management of my concerns on day one and was offered a move to a dark basement apartment. Despite many people coming and going during the five days I was never offered a different apartment, I asked every day! Many of the apartments are much nicer I understand but I would not book again without checking which apartment I was getting. Grossly overpriced for what we got.
