Great hotel walking distance from the centre. Love our stay here. Huge comfortable rooms and everything is 5 star quality!

Our favourite place to stay when we come down to Brisbane. Such wonderful staff and it’s only a 10 minute maximum walk to Queen St. The apartments are perfect. We wouldn’t even think of staying anywhere else. Always greeted with a smile. The staff go above and beyond to assist 🙏

We were lucky enough to be upgraded from our original room to a penthouse suite!
The suite was exceptional. Clean and well maintained. The view was fantastic. Staff were friendly and organised. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We held our Brisbane launch event for LimeLife by Alcone at The Johnson this weekend and the service, the food and the Staff were amazing — Especially Jayden at the Restaurant.

Not a great experience.
Staff at check in desk had no idea what was going on, tried to double charge us for our room on arrival despite the fact we were able to show them a paid in full receipt. Room attendant arrived at 6pm to clean bathroom and make bed etc, we told the poor girl not to bother.
The hotel itself is really nice, the staff need some in the job training.

Lovely feeling, room set up really well upon arrival. Heaps of room, 412! car park is from the the main street, restaurant has been excellent for dinner and breakfast. Would have liked to have known prior to arrival the significant ($250) holding deposit upon checkin, caught me off guard and found that to be embarrassing when having the funds, but forced to use a C\C that I would have preferred not to have used!

Had no idea this place existed but booked the day before NYE randomly as no where else had rooms available and have stayed here a few days every week since. Even looked into the apartments upstairs to rent. I didn't actually look at any pictures when booking online but when I got here that night I literally said to my friend… Woah. What am I walking into… And she even asked how much I was spending on this cuz it was like walking into a 5 star hotel/resort. We were not expecting that especially for the price of the room. Reception is 24 hrs, the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and secure. Parking is readily available. There's everything you need a short walk away. Pool area is awesome and so nice at night especially. It's clean and tidy. It's my new happy place. Mini bar is awesome too — craft beers, soft drinks, water, wines. Snacks — and not the standard boring hotel stuff that's overpriced either. It's literally felt like a holiday away except we haven't even left Brisbane. Haha Definitely recommend to stay here if you're looking for a nice place to getaway and relax. :D.

Booked a 2 bedroom Suite. Checked in and got to the room to find out that there's only 1 bathroom to share between 4 people! Like seriously? This day in age a 2 bedroom apartment should come with 2 bathrooms, that's standard, especially if I'm paying $300/night. Called reception and was told if I booked the 2 bedroom deluxe suite I would've had 2 bathrooms in there. During booking it does not state anywhere that there's only 1 bathroom. Actually on the booking page it clearly states "private ensuite". Unfortunately all other rooms were booked out but they offered a king room for free but like what's the point? Would've been nice to get upgraded but cost $300 extra! Got free breakfast vouchers instead. Yay! What a bargain (sarcasm intended). Never ever staying at the art series or associated hotels again after giving them business for over 3 years! Absolutely rubbish!

We had lunch here today, I had the chicken with broccolini and French toast dessert, my husband Stephen had the Murray cod, and the French toast as well! absolutely perfect! The coffee was fabulous! Atmosphere was so relaxing and the staff were warm and friendly, would highly recommend this place we will be back to try the breakfast menu.
