Great stay in a spacious and a nice place with lots of room in number one pool, the hosts are very nice and helpfull, place needs a little bit more TLC with cleaning but would stay here again.

I highly recommend it. We are here during the horrid times of covid. We feel safe and the staff have been working there butts off to make sure of it. Had a great experience with this caravan park at a time when we were in need. Team were loving, supportive and so helpful while we were evacuated during the mega fire in our area.

Awesome park! We struggle to find actual Pet Friendly accomodation. This place is just beautiful and we did not hear a single car, truck, train or anything but the beautiful birds and wildlife! Our puppy enjoyed the open grass spaces and watching the birds! We will be back!

Stayed here twice now and will continue to stay here when we visit Sydney. Such a good place for the kids — the pool area is great and a nice temperature for us too! Friendly staff that are informative with late check in times. Thanks!

We have just enjoyed 8 wonderful days here. Family joined us yesterday for an early Christmas celebration and we all enjoyed every minute. I would recommend this lovely place and will definitely stay here again. Than you to all the lovely staff. Merry Christmas!

No dump site. Toilets and showers are not great. There are some good sites there but ours, along with some others, was not one of them. Overall, It leaves the impression that upkeep is not a priority.

A great place to stay plenty of room for our motorhome caravan and trailer beautiful pool astounding recommend to anybody.

Shocking place to stay, full of ants in our cabin, my daughter left her toy behind and they lied about sending it to us claiming it was lost in the mail, then the manager said she would replace it and then they claim it was lost in the mail again. Then spoke rudely to me how it's my responsibility to not leave things behind and there's nothing they can do.

Nice and cozy, would of like to have an oven in the room but other then that great value for money.

We stayed in the "Safari Tent" which was a wooden hut with canvas windows and a grassy like interior roof. Heater stopped working in the middle of the night. No insulation so very cold. Dim lights, TV dog friendly. Little yard to let the dog off lead around and a lake view. Be prepared with blankets and warm things of you are staying here in winter.

A good place to hangout with family. However, the cabins are not sound proof. Everything you talk inside the cabins can be heard in the next cabin easily. So its not an ideal place to hangout with friends.

Nice cabins, we had faulty outside light that was fixed but needed new globe. Room wasn't cleaned daily as we stayed their for 6 nights.

Xmas in July at Ingenia today. A really enjoyable lunch, and great entertainment. Our new manager, Katherine is really working to improve things.

Very convenient for our needs. Pet friendly means pet friendly! Comfortable, warm, plenty of hot water for showers.

Do yourself a favor and get an air bnb. Staff are rarely polite, often rude. Heaters don't work. Cabins are rundown and dirty. Washing clothes in the laundry costs a small fortune. Front gate rarely works. Tv reception is non existant. Cleaners will not visit your cabin unless requested. An all round negative experience.

Not good service, no signage to explain things. Old facilities, old appliances. Reported Spa not working 3 times to office and still no response! Do not recommen. Very expensive and absolutely not value for money.

Stayed here for a few weeks, complained about TV reception multiple times, came to look at it multiple times but was never fixed. Was left 3 weeks without cleaning had to ring up reception and request fresh towels after a week and a half. Games room shut at 5pm. Overall it was a poor experience and I wouldnt reccomend.

Quiet, kids play ground too small, pool is pretty good, needs more cover to be able to get out of the sun.

Staff were very helpful. The roads were to thin for a proper 30 foot RV. Pool is poorly managed and the hot tub was not working while we were visiting during the summer. Only reason for me to return would be, as its the only caravan park in the area.

I really not happy it's the worse services we have had called 5 times because TV didn't work 1pm and still not working and it's 5 30pm office closed I will not come back fridge was turn off not on the curtains will not close on one window not happy been to alot of parks in sa and vic and nsw and queenland and never had any trouble.

The cabins are good and there are all cooking facilities available, like pots and pans and a stovetop and so on. The cabin are clean, but there is a problem of insects and ants are constantly trying to take over the cabins. The location is quiet and calm and it is good for families trying the camping/jungle experience. Commute to the city is tiring and nearest train station is 2.2 km away and takes about 1 hr 45 mins to reach the city and it will a headache to come back during New year's Eve. Best to have a car to commute but even by car it is 1 and 1/2 hours. The pool is nice, but requires cleaning and the lake is very nice. I'd recommend to take the cabin for going around the outskirts of Sydney but the city is a tiring journey, whatever mode of transportation you choose.

Its a great little spot nice and quite. The Cabin was really nice and clean the only thing the fridge freezer was so iced up you couldnt use it and the bbq was disgusting from pevious guests and no top sheet on the bunk beds and only two bath towels were in the room. The groundsman and the cleanner were extremely helpful and friendly we would recommend this place as the pool was awesome. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

Lovely spot. Amenities are really good and kids love the pool. Would suggest separating caravan sites from tent sites.

Excellent high quality park. Gated with codes. Millions of dollars being spent on upgrades and renovations throughout.

The worst experience I have ever had the worst place I have ever stayed. I would not recommend it to anyone. Please do not consider staying at Avina as I can assure you it is not worth your money.

Ingenia Holidays Avina is the WORST place I have personally EVER stayed! Valid Reasons; The facilities are not maintained, there are rubbish piles, you don't get what you pay for, all around other peoples cabins is rubbish, staff are not amicable, the entire holiday park is not at all hygienic and there is many children on the roads within park which is very annoying, though there are no caution children signs anywhere to be found in the park, They call it a 'Holiday Park' but it feels more like a park of hostility. The owners need to make pragmatic choices and replace the park manager. Until this happens I do not recommend to anyone to even consider staying at Avina. I would of liked to give a zero star review though I would not have been able to post this.

Affordable accommodation great for traveling workers looking for simple basic accommodation while working in the Hawksbury area.

Stayed several times now. Great value for money at Avina. It is always clean and well maintained. No noise problems that I could see. Anthony at front desk is a pleasure to deal with on all occasions and friendly and efficient Richard the manager runs a great place. Amenities are good, location is rural and quiet. Simple online booking system is adequate. Rooms represent great value for money and are very affordable. Many different types of accomodation is available.

The cabins look great from the outside but they are tiny and congested from the inside for 4 people's stay. The bunk was squeaky, the toilet door lock was tricky, the sink had two separate tabs for hot &cold (what are we still living in the 70s? ), the kitchen was infested with ants and so was the carpet underneath our feet. It was a disappointing stay. I have had better accommodations for cheaper cost.

We were there for 2 days. The place is nice and big. Lots of room. Big pool with sauna. Toilet blocks. Very basic amenities for kitchen block — which have seen better days. Our tent was infested with ants in the 2 days we were there and our camp site was just mud after a bit of rain. Staff very friendly and the place is out of the way, so no obnoxious noise. Would stay at again, but probably not in a tent. Nice looking cabins.
