The harbour view was spectacular! A fabulous place for a family celebration. The staff were lovely. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.

Always a great experience. Can not wait to dine at the new Quartier. Sneak peak. Gorgeous!

Staff is prompt, courteous and very friendly. No complaints there. But the facility itself needs work. The rooms are tired, carpet is on the dingy side with (big) stains on it. AC is wonky, and the room service is inconsistent (even though we ordered the same breakfast every day, we didn't get the same thing from the kitchen everytime. Items wereissing and they didn't even know what should be included…). Location is great though.

Quay West is a Greta location in Sydney, right in the rocks neighborhood. Amazing view of the harbor. Room was nice and staff was friendly and helpful!

Great location, great price I stay here regularly for work during the week… large suites with harbour and opera house views… very clean really is an outstanding place to stay.

Loved this hotel. Beautiful rooms, quiet and private. The staff were lovely. The views are breathtaking. Easy walking distance to The Rocks markets, Circular Quay and the public transportation system. The amenities are great and the bath products are so posh, all herbal and delicious!

Perfect amazing views and perfect location bus stops and train station close by.

Fantastic views of Sydney Harbour and such a nice comfortable safe place to stay. Self contained unit with double bed & en suite, double bed & seperate bathroom, living area & kitchen. This is so convenient to all transport. Just a short walk. Around the area are many pubs and restaurants with lots of different Cousine for you to choose from and enjoy.

Nice and neat, good staff, breakfast appears expensive but under 12 free and 15yr half price. Adult around $32. Would be paying around $20 a head outside anyway. Got woken up by a neighbour (probably cleaning room) water tap running at 6am which was disappointing. Views excellent so suggest get room with views of harbour and bridge. Overall very nice.

Have stayed twice here and the harbour view apartment was amazing. As too the pool. OMG! What a pool!

Fabulous place, friendly helpful staff, great food… we booked at last minute but got a good room with a stunning Harbour Bridge view… will definitely be back!

Unbelievable. Everything you need and fabulous views over the harbor. Viewing deck on 23rd floor plus pool gym and sauna. Central for all the major attractions. Wonderful staff.

Location is great. Room size is good. Restaurant breakfast staff were great other than that nothing was what you expect from a 5 star hotel. Seemed like there was never any staff, when I asked concierge for assistance regarding airport transport was told guests book that themselves with no advice on who or how. Rooms decor is dated, broken basin, desk chair missing armrest. Mini bar only restocked every 2nd day. Again location was good.

Went here with some friends. The staff were unhelpful and rude. Expensive and not worth the money.

Quay west Sydney has great food at any time of the day and has awesome views even on the 8th floor. You can watch cruise ships go in and out and have a great sunrise and sunset. This is a great hotel to have a holiday.

We had an overnight stay in the most basic room. Rooms were large and very clean. We had mentioned at checkin that our son was doing the bridgeclimb that night. To our surprise when we returned to the room there was a dessert plate and card wishing him a great bridge climb. Great service. Would definitely return.

Fantastic staff, amazing views, great house keeping. A miss-communication in regards to a breakfast package was handled very well by Sarah the operations manager. I would recommend this accommodation to my colleagues, family and friends.

The staff could be friendlier, especially the girl that checked us in because she was difficult with giving us a room although we had a reservation. The room is clean enough but our blanket was full of someone's hair. The restaurant wasn't open except once for breakfast. The washer in our suite malfunctioned. However, great location and has full suites with kitchen and laundry, which is nice.

On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable although my daughter slept in the pull out sofa bed which was very uncomfortable and her feet were higher than her head! Stayed at shangrila next door last month and regretted that we hadn't gone back there as it was different class.

Simply one of the best hotels I have ever stayed — you can't beat views of the Opera house with Harbor bridge!

We had another wonderful stay at Quay West. We were welcomed back warmly and as we had arrived too early for check in, when we came back later in the day from sightseeing our bags were ready in our room and our grocery delivery unpacked into the fridge. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts in the dining room and there the staff realised it was our daughters 7th birthday and later that morning delivered to her a personal card and a special treat. Thank you! And the final heartfelt touch-coming back to our room after it was made up to find the kids teddies tucked up in their beds!

Good location to the quay, heated pool, sauna room, convenience store nearby and also a (very expensive) parking area. Room is big and complete with kitchen area, laundry machine.

Very friendly and polite staff. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. It's a bit far from the airport but I thought it was worth it. Would stay here again.

What a fantastic place to stay. Great views, clean spacious rooms and amazing service. This is a great place to stay with a family, it’s close to everything and the kids loved the pool and spa. Great value for money will stay here again :)

It was fantastic. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, whilst the views were to die for. Will definitely stay again. Oh and the service was kind and helpful.

My partner and her bridesmaids stayed here the night before our wedding, with both sets of parents staying here the night of the wedding. They were extremely helpful with deliveries to the hotel and people coming and going (hairdressers, makeup, etc).

Tucked away in the quiet end of the Rocks, the harbour-view apartments of this hotel are the gems of Sydney. The two-bedroom apartment equipped with a king — and a queen-sized offers a sweeping, to-be-envied view of the bridge and the harbour. It also comes at a generous size and fully equipped with modern furniture and facilities, including a solid desk facing the harbour for the workaholics. I particularly like how the spacious dining and living area is semi-separated from the kitchen, which is perfect for a mini-dinner or wine-and-cheese sess while appreciating the best of Sydney. Haven't got the chance to check out the pool but I'm sure the view from there would be amazing. All of this just happens across from Shangri-La at a fair rate for what it has to offer. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the harbour view apartments to anyone who could splurge a little for much more than the usual CBD hotel. Also, the Harts pub with its quirky craft beers is just downstairs.

View and room were excellent, Noise-proofing, Wi-fi and front desk service needs some improvement (Still my favorite hotel in Sydney).

Perfect location in the Rocks. Amazing views. It's worth getting the harbour view suites. Modern furnishings and attentive staff. Don't waste your time eating at the hotel. Not worth the price when there are do many options close by.

The hotel is the best I have ever stayed in. He staff are friendly and work hard to fulfil your requests. The pool provides a beautiful 360 view of Sydney.

Such a great experience, great facilities and great service. Would definitely consider coming back.
