Arrived this morning after a little hiccup with rooms we received an amazing room and service beautiful room and view the Manager on duty at night was so helpful I cannot recommend them enough! Great service!

Clean, spacious suites. Nicely furnished.

Not at all a 5 star hotel. We have entered the suite with no complimentary water in the fridge, they have no mini bar in the whole complex, decided to call room service for a coffee being that we are here on a business trip and the only coffee available is the one in your own suite. No robes for husband and wife and linen not changed daily as long as you stay here more than 7 nights. Also no concierge. If your planning to get a 5 star experience, look somewhere else.

My husband and I stayed there the 31/1/2019 the accommodation was spotless, very modern and kitchen was great space, excellent equipment would stay there again in the future ❤️

Great upmarket apartment hotel in central location. We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. It's spacious & comfortable with fully equipped kitchen, fullsized fridge, washer / dryer. Helpful & responsive staff.

Not impressed by the morning supervisor. She was rude and didn't feel like wanting to make us comfortable. Heating system had issues even after we changed rooms.

Good location in the heart of Sydney cbd. The room is nice and clean. Also GHD is available on request.

Family suite is a large, well equipped apartment. Serviced daily. In a fantastic location ten minutes walk to Darling Harbour or Botanical Gardens, and 15 mins to Circular Quay.

Located in a great spot. Rooms are big and pleasant enough. Modern but not flash and perhaps a little tired. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Just stayed here for 3 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment. Perfect family friendly room with everything you could possibly need and very spacious. Staff were extremely helpful, great pool and perfect location.

Great spacious 3 bedroom apartment. Staff were excellent. It was our 4 year olds birthday while we were there. They left balloons & cupcakes in our room for her & wine for us. Great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed in the penthouse which was 51 levels up, it was absolutely amazing, on one side we could see darling harbour, then through the sky scrapers we could see a part of the harbour bridge, then u could see the road leading up to the coca cola sign in Kings Cross. The view was unbeatable. Pretty much all the exterior walls in the suite were glass so u get an uninterrupted 180° view of the city. It was a 2 level, 3 bedroom suite with a spa bath in the ensuite. Very modern design an furnishings, the kitchen was equipped with everything including dishwasher and a nespresso coffee machine with an automatic milk frother, very easy to use. Reception staff were great, they were happy to answer all questions and knew the area well. All the major sights an venues in darling harbour an the rocks etc were within walking distance. Overall it was an unforgettable experience an highly recommended.

The room was very clean and spacious with a full kitchen and washing machine. The hotel provided extra bathroom amenities and towels on request.

Great accomodation in the middle of the city. Reasonable sized rooms, and good facilities to boot. Stayed in a one bedroom, worry kitchenette full size fridge, lounge area, and good sized bathroom. Only small issue is major building works next door of you are starting on that side of building.

Great clean place. Bit noisy in the morning with so much building going on but was expected. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Defiantly will be back.

Stayed overnight for one night at a social event with friends. Very impressed with the size of the room. Friendly staff and convenient location. To criticize; entrance was poorly sign posted from surrounding streets making it hard to tell which side to enter from. A bit of construction work in surrounding buildings which could be heard from the room in the morning was annoying but at most a mild inconvenience. Would be happy to go back next time I'm staying near Town Hall.

On the 37th floor with a view of Luna Park and the Sydney Harbour bridge. Room is clean, large enough for 2 teens and 2 parents. Washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. 3 TVs, free Wi-Fi, who wouldn't want to leave — the kids! Highly recommend.

My boyfriend and I came here to stay one night for his birthday and from the second we walked in the door we felt very welcomed. A man named Sean looked after us and he was very kind and welcoming. We will definitely be back again! Thank you Sean and team.

Helpful staff. Very happy with the attention to detail and cleanliness after experiencing a very poor level of hygiene at the Meriton Waterloo facility. Enjoyed our stay here; quiet and comfortable, and would highly recommend it.

Good location near public transport. Rooms were neat and tidy. Pool is acceptable, but not the "resort" vibe as advertised. Elevators had issues and were slow so getting to rooms was difficult and long.

Great spot. Fantastic staff and amenities. Having a balcony and being able to open the windows makes it lots better than other places.

Stayed here on Saturday night. Place was easy to find, had parking available for their guest at only $40 for the whole day/night. Reception staff were great. Was very simple to just check in and check out with NO HASSLES** Walks to everything around the city. Highly recommend if you want to stay smack bang in the CBD. Neat hotel. Well situated close to Town Hall and museum stations. Rooms very well sized that have recently been refurbished.

Good service, the rooms were very well fitted and spacious. Location makes thus a pretty good choice. Shame I couldn't work out the cold/hot water pressure. All in all an enjoyable stay for work.

They offer all day parking for their guests. The room was perfect and quite spacious. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Will definately be staying here again in the future!

Very comfortable and reasonably priced. This is a bit different than a hotel as you receive a kitchen and in-unit laundry, but only a refresh service for your bedding. Some noise due to thin walls. Overall a positive experience.

Stayed overnight in a suite, was able to get a carpark under the building and check in early. Room was very nice with big double bed and full kitchen including brand new toaster however just using it normally set off the smoke alarm. Was a bit loud due to a new building being built next door but earbuds were offered bedside.

Excellent service, polite and helpful concierge, good views over the city. The place is also well connected to public transport and very centrally located (only a few minutes walk from many of the important attractions in the city). I would definitely recommend staying here if you have business / want to travel near the sydney CBD.

Stayed overnight in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment, which was wonderfully appointed and surprisingly large and spacious. Recently renovated, everything was nicely done. Staff at the reception were friendly, nil issues with what was a relatively complex booking. Worth mentioning that there is still some street noise audible even high up due to construction in the area. This didn't affect my sleep quality, but may bother others.

Very impressed had everything we needed. Especially with a 2 year old, home away from home. Very clean. The indoor pool and spa was great. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment. Will be staying there again, was the Pitt st property. Will be staying with Meriton everywhere we go from now on.

Penthouse Warning! If you're going to get a penthouse, be warned… On arrival we were forced to sign a documents stating that we weren't allowed more than 10 people in the apartment at one time. My friend was having a birthday party and the room sleeps 6 people, therefore, only allowing an additional 4 friends… Why would we spend THOUSANDS of dollars on a penthouse, only to be told we weren't allowed even a SMALL gathering!? What was really frustrating about the situation, was they did this AFTER they had our credit card details, and ON ARRIVAL! If your hotel wants to implement such a policy, fair enough, as long as your guests know this declaimer PRIOR booking! This is not fair on your guests at all! Then, when we had friends entering into our apartment, we were constantly supervised by management and security on the night. A complete nanny state. Our night was interrupted with 2 'head counts'… We're a group of adults who just want to have a good night. We weren't there to create trouble or mimic 'The Hangover' movies. And we had to deal with head counts? THEN we were told we had too many people and were making too much noise… Earlier in the night, we checked to see if the other penthouse on the same floor had any guests… Surprise surprise, it did not. Where any "Noise complaints" came from was suspicious. Despite this, we were compliant and moved everyone out to a local pub.

I lived in this apartment for 2 months. The location is very good, city centre and a lot of attractions at walking distance. The apartment are fairly well furnished, they have all the basic for your daily activities (lunch, dinner, cleaning, etc). I rated 3 star because the cleaning department is not doing a good job at all. Dry the kitchen top and change the linen and towels is not cleaning. Carpet always dirty, mirror never clean, never replace toilet paper and the list could continue. Maybe for short term you can consider it and enjoy it but I doubt that in long term you will find it pleasant. Price wise I can comment because my company paid for it.

Great stay and very nice rooms. The room was advertised as the 25th floor, however it is technically only 14 levels above ground level as Street level is called level 11. Apart from that definitely recommended.

I stayed here in January 2014 and it was amazing. These Apartments are very modern (and have high-speed internet) as well as being right in the centre of the city. They are perfect if you want to be within walking distance of almost all of the big sights, however this means they are fairly expensive so if this is not required, stay elsewhere.

Was great got a 2 bedroom modern suit for my birthday party was aloud 6 guest I took ten "SORRY STUFF" loved how there was no rooms next door to us was perfect some how we didn't get told off as we got lounder and louder till the morning was great. loved the big long balconies, great views Clean rooms, no complaints, I really recommend them. We just partied all night was perfect.

This hotel is like a 3 course meal. First they will serve you with an entrée of good adverts convincing you to try out one of the "best" hotels in Sydney. Next they will serve you the Main meal that is like a 1 minute slide after lining up for days on 'wet and wild' on a perfect hot summer holiday but worse with a side of no fuucckks. Paying for top dollar then getting kicked out at 9pm after 1 hour of stay ain't fun. I'd rather take the slide. Finally they serve you the las…t course which is your lovely Dessert. A pile of shiit. It consist of no fuucckks, no refunds, a retarded bald manager, security and shiitty shiitty customer service. Thank you meriton pitt street.

Staff and security so rude do not book for a good time and celebrations, they should have a strict guest restriction for over 50s and deaf people ridiculous!

Unhelpful, poorly trained reception staff made our stay at this hotel far from satisfactory.

Great place to stay. In the center of the city, close to all the attractions, with all the amenities. The views from the top floors in the evenings are fabulous. Just around the corner there is a woolworths, where you can get snacks and fruits. Just across the road is Hyde park, to go for walks. I stayed in other hotels close by, but this one is by far the best place I stayed at, for the money.

Clean and largely very comfortable accommodation handy for most of central Sydney. Modern style apartments fully air-conditioned, serviced daily and with everything provided for a short or medium-term stay. Welcoming and efficient staff on duty 24/7. If you don't fancy cooking there's a good selection of Thai and Chinese places within 5 minutes walk — some are so popular there's always a queue for seats. Taxi rank right outside or 5 minutes walk from Central station. Recommended.

If you are ever coming to Sydney and you are not sure where to accommodate, Meriton would be a good choice. It is an all rounder when it comes to accommodation. It is clean, it provides the ambience of an apartment, has swimming pools, located conveniently in the heart of the city. The price is not as expensive as five star hotels, but the quality is.

As you know the hotel industry understands the importance of a superior fitness facility for its guests. It is our understanding your facility has very limited equipment which does not include an elliptical machine. This has become one of the most important types of cardio equipment, especially for seniors. We are hoping that you might consider this equipment to your fitness facility prior to our stay. Spacious apartments. Comfy, feels like home. 2nd TV in bedroom is a bonus.
