Review of Four Seasons Hotel Sydney 5*

If any of you guys are looking for dirt cheap hotel deals I would check out HotelRaven. Com I saved a ton of money using that site. I have worked at tourism business from 1998-2008 at ROBINSON CLUB Soma Bay — Red Sea — EGYPT, so my eyes would see different small details more than normal guest, I can confirm : Since I had the first welcoming from the Hotel bellman, I knew that every small detail inside the hotel is good, and it was. F. O. Agent was fantastic, uniform, spirit, the helping & welcoming attitude, delivering information with a smile, all made me comfort before I see my room 2804. Hotel design is fantastic, rooms are very clean, very organized, the HK department is doing a great job, the welcoming note on room TV with my name, the room setup & furniture is great, room is very relaxing, room supplies are A1. And just to mention, I had my booking originally with Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Sydney but I had to cancel it because of a call with their reservation team, when I was asking for late checkout, but the attitude over the phone from whoever answered my call, was enough for me to cancel my booking and I was lucky to do that, to know a special place like Four Seasons Hotel Sydney. I had to do late check out at 02:00 PM due to my business trip requirement, my request of using hotel facility to have a shower and change was accepted with a fantastic smile from F. O. Agent. IF I 'd recommend a hotel in Sydney, I 'd say Four Seasons Hotel Sydney, the location, the staff, the hotel design. I have to say, the hotel management is doing great job. Very big congratulation to the team.
