Disgraceful! All you hear is banging doors all night and morning. A brick for a bed. They ask for good money for a very below budget place. If you are looking for a good night sleep! Ur better off sleepin out on the McDonald’s foot path.!
I travel a lot and I have stayed in the city few times and to be fair I preferred this hotel to many other hotels if you have work or family in Blacktown! The location is very good and the club next door is lovely where the staff in the club should train hotel front desk daytime ladies how to greet the guests and smile more often as their customer service is the worst compared to many other NSW hotels! The rooms are comfortable, but you have to ask for more shampoo and more shower gel as what they give you can only bathe an infant. The cleanliness is not bad but the maintenance is the worst in the whole experience as you can see in the photos… missing hangers in the shower, toilet door locks from outside for no reason, c*m stains on the curtains, AC/Heater unit noise and dust comes out when you turn it on, small window shutters that are locked so claustrophobic guests would basically have a panic attack! But, the cleaning team is the best — a bunch of amazing ladies that work very hard to get you all you need from clean bedsheets to amazing clean toilets and cupboards and also clean towels! Amazing support and love from those staff! I would highly recommend the daytime reception ladies to smile more often and return the greeting in the mornings as they look at guests like insects and it is very patronising! Overall, you won’t leave this place with bad memories but few recommendations so the place can get 5 stars one day!
