Great hotel who accommodate for your needs very well.

We stayed for 4 nights. The room was clean and tidy. It is starting to show its age. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great and central close to the beach. Beautiful spot. The Quest is being upgraded. We had a great room with a view of the beach with a beautiful cool breeze blowing through our sliding door.

The staff of this hotel were always been helpful, the housekeeping team especially the maintenance team were quite capable at their work.

1 room apartment is very basic and in need of updating. But the location is convenient for beach, shopping and train station.

Love the rooms. Comfortable bed. Great location.

We arrived at 4:30 pm to check in to be told that our room had been given to another guest with the same surname. We were then provided with another room with twin beds. The third attempt was to provide a inferior room on level 1, just above the Pub. You can guess the noise levels. Compensation was a note, a bag of chips and one glass bottle of red, even though there were two of us. On checkout, more apologies and then on our way home they rang and said that they had not charged our credit card, even though we had a receipt that they had. We waited until the following day to confirm that the payment had been processed correctly. All I can say is that it was a comedy of errors. The rooms were basic and overpriced for what they are. The hotel is tired and needs an update. The lower floor rooms could do with double glazing to cut down the noise of the Pub below. Would not stay there again!

Great hotel across the street from the park and beach. Being in the middle of everything the can be a bit of noise to the rooms. I didn't find it intrusive.

Rooms are pretty average for the price. Things like only one bedside table. Old furniture. Also they failed to mention that there is a night club directly below so the ground floor apartments vibrate till around 12.30pm with base and music. Pretty disappointed.

Stayed in a Nice tidy and clean room on the 3rd floor. Adjacent to beach. Basement parking. Did not have to move the car for 3 days as there is an ample amount of clothing shops, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets surrounding hotel. Room service was available also.

Great spot to take hookers and stow them in your compact dishwasher should you care to go for a second round.

Rooms are rundown and very expensive.

Boutique vibes, with fairly humble but beautifully serviced rooms and all the amenities you could need available. Marvellously close to Cronulla's beaches. Don't book here if you want ocean views from your room, however: the huge Cronulla Esplanade pines block it out completely.

Really nice serviced apartments, overlooking the beach. Big bathroom. A little noisy with the pub underneath, and the balconies are shared so if you have a loud neighbor it gets a little off putting. But I loved the room.

Make sure you ask for room for the view to the ocean and not on the front above street level on Elouera Street. The lower level is where the rooms are located at the front street of the beach (Elouera St) is noisy and not much view to the Ocean. But a walk to the beach is ok Don't pay $300 + per a night for the lower level of the rooms like we did, we been ripped off. There is no restaurant in the Quest Services, there is a lot of Cafe’s on boardwalk thru Cronulla mall is good place for eatery. If is sunny day, bring your swimmers / joggers, a minute scroll to the beach.

Just wanted to say we should have done it before we went overseas, we loved it no problem at all.

Tucked away, a bit up the hill from the Northies entrance, is these holiday apartments. You would think with a kicking pub next door there would be noisy but I heard not a peep. The apartments are clean, spacious, well stocked and are so close to the beach you can hear the waves crash. Definitely recommending them to anyone who wants to escape to Cronulla for a weekend.

Had an extended stay here for work. The staff are exceptional, very friendly and helpful. The room was nice tidy a spacious, the in room washer and dryer along with the small kitchenette were perfect. The only issue as I was on a lower floor was the occasional noise from outside (festivals in the park etc. ) though this only happened about 4 times in six weeks stay. All in all a great experience.
