Always stayed here when visiting but rude desk staff convinced us that other hotels were a better choice.

I made a last minute booking in a bit of a hurry, somehow the date was nearly a month into the future rather than for that night but I didn't notice. We turned up for a late check-in to a closed office, I rang the phone and it was answered by a somewhat surprised gentleman at reception, however he graciously checked my booking, saw what had happened, and honoured our booking without any fuss, we were in bed within ten minutes, in a super clean, soothingly decorated room. For less than the cost of the caravan park, and much more pleasant surroundings. I would definitely recommend for so many reasons! Next time we won't be in a rush and will have time to sample the breakfast. ❤

I now always book here when I go to the intensive schools at the local Uni. The people are lovely, parking is great, the rooms are always clean and the Wi-Fi works well.

Absolutely lovely rooms, large comfy bed with electric blankets, 2 comfy armchairs and large table for 2. Clean and private as the entrance is in the side street, not on the main road. The manager/owner was so helpful and courteous, offering up places where we could visit and also eat. One of the nicest, if not the best, motels we have stayed in.

Staff were very helpful and friendly very clean and quiet great place for an overnight stop over, very close to shops, microwave and toaster came in handy, great value for money, will stay again no problem.

Rooms are quiet, the staff are exceptional and are so very helpful, rooms are clean, warm in winter and large, everything is in walking distance. Would definitely stay again! Great value for money!

Stayed a few times here, rooms are always clean and can tell the quality of this motel as you walk through the door… Definitely worth the price you pay for a room.

Very neat accommodation, I would recommend it's hospitality for my stay in Armidale.

Second time that I have stayed here for a 5 night period, the staff are very friendly and accommodating, rooms are clean (and cleaned daily if you wish), beds are comfortable and great hot water pressure. Would highly recommend this place, especially for students looking for an alternative to on campus accommodation as they do a special rate if you're staying for more than 3 or 4 nights, and also free Wi-fi with top notch bandwidth!

Great little motel if you're staying for a night or 2. Free Wi-Fi is provided to all guests. Rooms are small but comfortable enough and the front desk staff was very friendly. I would stay here again if I were in the area.

Front staff very friendly and nice, able to accomdate with late notice. Rooms tidy and comfortable. Very clean. Internet is free at very fast, up and down rates of 20mbs Will be back. :-)

Clean room, comfortable bed and facilities were up to scratch. Got a free upgrade to a King Room on the 23rd Dec. Reception staff helpful and friendly. Overall great experience. Would stay again. Highly recommended.

Very helpful, specially when I am travelling with my disable husband.

Cute, cheap, ideal for pretty much anyone travelling through. The motel was exactly as described. Price was on par with facilities, it is a classic small motel, but the room was spotless and bed was comfortable, hotwater was great. Above average! I didn't bring my laptop but the Wi-Fi seemed worked fine on my iphone contected on first attempt.

Very clean great bed clean shower good coffee and tea with microwave iron and board pretty closer to restaurants and pubs worth paying money on we paid $99 dollars.

Accommodation was neat and clean. Very quiet. However the breakfast served needs a bit more TLC. Mushy burnt French Toast, Doorstop Raisin Toast which doesn't fit into the toaster. Pot of Coffee turned out to be a plunger with just the grounds in it, no water.

I really enjoyed my stay in Armidale while staying at the White Lanterns Motel. The centre of town was just down the road. The motel was very nice and Quiet.

Excellent small motel in a handy location. Good value for money. Very clean, comfortable rooms. I would recommend this motel to anyone passing through Armidale.
