2 nights recently. Clean comfortable rooms. Management /staff very courteous and helpful. And a beautiful new Electric blanket supplied. Wonderful. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

Nice and clean, brand new bathroom. I arrived late and they'd put the heater on for me. Accommodation generally isn't cheap in Armidale, and while this isn't either it's pretty good value coated to the place I stayed previously which whilst it had a nicer ambience didn't really justify the premium price on an amenity basis. Very good basic accommodation.

Great Location. Walk to Clubs, Pubs and shops. Clean, tidy and Warm rooms.

Good location, friendly staff, nice room. Air-conditioning needs a little work, but overall I recommend the place!

Lovely over night stay during Xmas 2016/2017. However my children left behind favourite books and After several phone calls and promises of posting back the books, one year on we haven't books which is very disappointing. Excellent location though.

The room was clean but very basic. Toilitries where very cheap in regards to quality. The noise from the bathroom toilet was extremely noisy. If you used the toilet in the night be prepared to stay awake. The constant early morning dog barking from the attached residence made sleeping past 8am impossible. The receptionist was rude and very uncaring. Well past her hospitality use by date. All in all a quite unpleasant experience, there are plenty of goid accomadation options in Armidale, this is not one of them. Buyer beware. I know the response to this will be the typical 'we are sorry for your experience etc' so my reply is, you are in hospitality there are basic rules try following them.

Pretty comfortable, nice service.

Friendly reception staff. Very clean amenities. Toaster microwave and kettle as well as fridge in unit. Backs onto a sports field so quiet at night. Opposite bowling club and short walk to local pubs and restaurants as well as coles express and shops for those looking for food options. Good value. Low set for those with mobility issues.

A three star motel that is typical of regional Australia.

We stayed in the king size bed it was very hard & uncomfortable by 4am I could not take it so I sat on the couch with back pain from the bed the room was nice and clean but we would not stay here again for $170 a night I would like a much better bed I have stayed incheaper motels with nicer beds.

Loved my stay, it was great to have a warm shower " with pressure " and a comfortable bed after a long days ride. Hospitality from staff was excellent.

The club motel Armidale's location is very close to shopping, good pubs, clubs & the centre of town. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are spacious clean and comfortable. Can Highly reccommend staying here.

Great accommodation in Armidale. Clean rooms, great location and very comfy. Friendly staff and a good atmosphere. Wouldn't stay in any other Armidale motel! AAA+++.

Stayed at Club Motel on11th September. Big room and very good bed. Handy having the free wireless internet so I could finish my work for the day. Ate at a nearby pub and could charge back to my room account at the motel. Nice surprise. Thanks for the breakfast. Who still makes scrambled eggs with cream! Would recommend.

Service is very very good. I was given a room and later found that the Air-Con was not working upon telling staff I was told it would be looked at. Within 30 minutes there was Tradesman at the hotel. I was later upgraded to a better room because of the problem with the Air-Con. No further cost. Staff are friendly, Rooms are clean, Price is very reasonable, Good stay. A good place to spend the night. Also has Super fast Wi-Fi Which is free, and Paytv. Will stay again if in the area. Only bad point was the toilet bowl was cracked and would be very dangerous if not fixed soon. Otherwise all good.
