Stayed here previously. Not a bad place to stay or a quick visit. Close to the bar a bended elbow.

Helpful, welcoming and professional staff, comfortable and clean rooms, fantastic location. Couldn't speak more highly of Quest Albury — the best choice of accommodation in Albury by far.

We always stay at Quest on Kiewa Street when we appear at a local event in Albury annually. The rooms are spacious, updated, clean, with kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. Excellent meeting facilities for small or medium groups. Staff are helpful, friendly, and efficient. Parking is easy. And the location is really convenient to everything from supermarkets to local restaurants and the entrainment centre. The food at the inhouse restaurant and its atmosphere are perfect, for quieter nights in. The prices for rooms are reasonable and reflect the quality and comfort you get when staying there. I highly recommend an executive room with balcony if you are staying there.

If your after 4 — 5 Star hotel, stay here. Stayed here in the executive with balcony every year during march by myself and enjoyed the time I was there. Friendly staff, the room was perfect for just 1 person, everything you need just like at home is in their rooms. Everything was close by in walking distance especially Paddy's. Rooms are very clean and everything you need is there.

This was a very nice hotel. Clean quiet & the room was spacious. We were welcomed by Brian who was exceptionally helpful I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for somewhere nice to stay in Albury.

This is our highly recommended Quest. We stay here regularly. It is welcoming and clean with very good amenities. The reception staff were excellent and the owner was most helpful with information about the local area. We travel regularly to Melbourne and this is our oasis after a long drive from Sydney.

Fantastic accommodation clean comfortable and extremely central to all good things in albury. Super friendly staff. Highly recommend as a stop over in your way to Melbourne. The happy hour at the bar down stairs is a hoot. Had a ball in Albert which was a very pleasant surprise!

I've stayed here a couple times and will return. It's a clean and comfortable place. There's all sorts of free parking around and it's a very short walk to the theatre and a manageable walk to the town centre.

Decent accommodation. Good value for money despite being there in peak season.

Good location, just a tiny walk around the corner to the main shopping area in Albury. Adequate car parking. Facilities ok but couldn't help but notice some mould in the shower, ew.

A group of guys started partying next door at night with loud music, stinking whole area with cigarette smell. Made a complaint to the staff on the reception, who pretty much done nothing. One thing I don't understand is, that while there are many rooms available, they've successfully given us a room right next door to these guys. (a family room setting where we are sharing a door with them) Very poor management.

Comfortable and clean. The checkout and breakfast not starting until 7am on a weekday was late for business travellers.

Fantastic rooms and staff but notable issue. Rooms were fantastic, clean and had everything could need. Reception staff were exceptionally nice, always willing to help, even when busy. Biggest downfall myself and my colleagues found was the room keys. Time after time they would wipe themselves, while having them seperated to themselves. Got locked out 3 times at 5am, with 3 cards all failing to work. Sincere thanks to Becca came and helped let us in every time.

Fantastic Staff and Exceptional Service! We Will Definitely Be Booking Again!

My quoted price at the time of the booking was $50 cheaper than what we were charged. Make sure you double check your email confirmation. Apart from being stung $50 more the aircon is terrible and the smell of next doors cooking isn't okay and nor is the paper thin walls I gave you two for location.

Quite nice apartment but the bed was a bit uncomfortable. Apart from that, location is good, view is good.

We had a two bedroom suite which had plenty of room, was clean and a great stopover on the way to the snow.

Stay at the Quest every time I'm in Albury and have not had a poor experience. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to assist and any issues are rectified. Rooms are a good size and always clean and the kitchenette enable you to make choices about eating in or out. Best place in town!

Was told room would be available at 2pm but we advised them would arrive 3 or 4. Arrived 5.15 and they asked us to fill in a form and please could they have our credit card. Once was paid the gentleman advised us that unfortunately our room would not be ready for at least 20 minutes. We asked how that was possible since we had been told room would be ready 4 hours ago. The lady working there sarcastically said "3 hours not 4" and we were just told we would have it as soon as possible. Eventually when were handed keycard, my husband said I suggest you ring and advise us in future as you did have our number to which the man answered "you have your key now". There were several other people waiting too. The telly didn't work that night and I was advised on phone was due to the storm (no storm, just drizzling rain). Didn't work in morning either when no rain. Air conditioning blows straight onto your head in bed at night so fairly hot. Never would I go there again!

Booked here specifically for the 2 bedroom executive apartment on the corner. Arrive and given keys to that room to find a family already settled in. "Oops I think I checked someone else in your room". We are then given 4 other rooms all of which had not been cleaned from previous guests. What business operates where rooms are given away after speaking to them 3 times on the day of check in? Disgraceful!

Bed was comfortable and clean with nice sheets and pillows. Unfortunately there was no ironing board and the iron was broken but otherwise an enjoyable stay.

Stayed here on a road trip to Sydney, rooms where clean. The manager was very friendly and helpful.

What a fantastic hotel! Beautiful rooms with an amazing view (we got room 415, it was amazing) and very close to all restaurants in Albury. We even were offered a Portacot when the reception saw that we had a little 5 month old. Would definitely recommend Quest, you don't need to look anywhere else.
