We had an incredible stay at the Matterhorn lodge. I must mention Jacqui who has been one of the best hosts that Ive experienced. Rooms were great, food always top notch and just a pleasure to stay. Definitely would come again.

This group is most unprofessional. No social distancing, hand sanitizer was not available.
The leader expressed in a session that he bashed his partner.
5 people suffered frost bite some of whom had to seek treatment at Cooma hospital.
Good will obvious by some presenters but the leader demonstrated gross incompetence.

Thank you Jacqui and Mark and the wonderful team who made our stay very enjoyable. The hospitality was very genuine and friendly and the meals were superb. Looking forward to coming back again another time.

Fabulous food, friendly helpful staff, spacious rooms with mountain views and great ski out location. There was also a games room to entertain the kids.

Jaquie and Mark are fantastic managers they made our stay very welcome. James and Janet plus all of the other wait staff did an exceptional job during meals and at other times. We would highly recommend staying here they have the most comfortable beds warm and welcoming atmosphere and family friendly.
Hope to come and stay again in the future.

Thank you for your amazing support during my husband and my son's stay a couple weeks ago! The Matterhorn team went above and beyond their duties to support us. Indeed, my son had a ski accident on the very first day which had them go straight from the slopes to the hospital in Canberra for a few days! To prevent my husband from going back up to the resort, Jackie packed up all their bags and organised bags and skis (which had been left at the medical centre at the Train station up at the mountains) to be sent down to Jyndabine! Last but not least, Tim organised a refund for the last night we couldn't stay! Simply amazing! Can't wait to go back to fully experience the lodge and hopefully a more peaceful stay!

Daily breakfast and dinner is very nice — also tea and coffee available all day. Would be nice to have a fruit bowl or hot chocolate available all day too. Good location for ski in and out. Bathrooms are small but effective.

Thank you Matterhorn for another lovely stay in 2018. We were fortunate enough to find the Matterhorn in 2017 and were very impressed with the location, kind staff and convenience for our family's first Ski Trip. It was a very relaxing experience from start (with the complimentary over snow transfers) to finish, with the inclusion of Breakfast & Dinner and the location being a short walk from Perisher to allow for a mid-day break from the slopes. Thank you Jacquie & Mark for giving our family a second great experience at the Matterhorn.

Food was amazing (just couldn't say no to those desserts! ), beds comfy, rooms spacious, warm and homely feel and close to the slopes. We had a great family holiday staying with you this week (the snow storm at the end was a fun but cold bonus! ) — we hope we can get back if not this year, next!

The room was really big (five single beds + space) and have a lot of space but the bathroom was so tiny. The walking from the lodge to the skiing area was a bit difficult (probably better with small group, I saw they provides lifts to some groups) Ps. I came with a big group.

The Matterhorn is an excellent place for families, on snow. The rooms are excellent, and have everythjng you need. Entertainment is always good, and the staff are lovely. Have stayed here a few times over the last 10 years, and it gets better everytime we go. The large lounge area is great for kids to wind down in after a day on the snow, a game of po and a drink is always welcome. Views are great, and great value for money. Definitely a place to think about visiting.

4 stars for the fabulous team and hospitality. Accommodation clean and basic. 3 course dinner good hearty meal with hot breakfast just what you need before hitting the slopes.

Great cosy place to stay after a day on the slopes, only 400m from the nearest chairlift so getting started in the mornings is quick. Great food and great staff.

Loved our stay at the Matterhorn Lodge Perisher. Room was really spacious and fit our family of 5 easily. The lounge area was welcoming and great for families with pool tables, ping pong, air hockey etc and lots of lounges around a central fireplace and 2 large TVs. The staff were super friendly and accommodating and the managers Mark and Jacqui were the ultimate hosts. They made you feel like friends coming to their place for a get together. The food was excellent with lots of variety and it was fresh and healthy. Would definitely recommend Matterhorn Lodge if you are heading to Perisher.

Fantastic place to stay in Perisher Mark and Jackie our hosts are just beautiful people. The place is kid friendly and is spacious enough to not feel packed in. Food is great. And has one of the best locations with easy access to the chair and lifts. Nothing to disappoint.
