A very nice hotel of big and comfortable rooms the delicious breakfast with homemade bread and very complete the delicious food and highlights the kindness of all its employees.

Unforgettable. Both the place and the attention stand out for their professionalism and kindness. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately this hotel discriminates against domestic passengers in respect of foreigners. We stayed 4 nights and were denied the use of the restaurant that if it had service for Israeli passengers, they also occupied 100% of the hotel lobby for hours turning it into a synagogue. Nothing we have against any religion but we were forced to leave the hotel, at night for dinner and day to not withstand the prayers to a tormenting volume throughout the hotel. We feel discriminated against and swindled. Keep in mind that you cannot count on services that you claim to have the hotel on your page. It's a scam.

It was our base on the trip to Patagonia. The facilities were correct and in the restaurant we tried one of the best lambs of our stay. At all times we gave information confirming timetables of our excursions and offering us the necessary help to contact different agencies. During the five nights we slept there everything was great. Seems to be away from the village but on a short walk you get to the center of El Calafate.

Very good care and the staff very friendly the food excellent.

I want to know if they can inform me, if there is a transport or taxi and what prices they manage to have a base. If the places to visit or the center is very far away. Thank you.

Good hotel, very full breakfast, close to downtown but you have to go down a slope to get there, good rooms and the bed excellent, very good attention of the staff, almost a 4 star.

Very nice Hotel with very friendly staff. Good cuisine at a good price. It is not in the center, but in 15 minutes walk you get to the main street.

Reception is restaurant good, though quite sober… pity there is still carpet in the rooms. The finishing and cleanliness in the rooms leave a little to be desired. Horrendous Chinese paintings in the corridors (It was Chinese property, but we are in Argentina! ). Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious. 10 minutes from the center.

The hotel is very normal. There are a few things to improve: the toilet has a leak in the floor and go to the bathroom and it smells horrible. Today in the morning, in the breakfast they served scrambled eggs but burnt. Something that I found good is that you can get to serve you a hot tea, of course you have to ask you to take out the box of tea because you only put the water… and so On.

A reasonable hotel to stay to explore El Calafate and the surroundings, if one does not need any frills. Good Wi-Fi, has heater in the rooms, but no English channel on TV. No proper bar and restaurant in site. Restaurant only serves breakfast, I believe though one can order pack lunch for your day trips. Staff is friendly, helpful and speaks sufficient English. I booked my tour of the Perito Moreno Glacier through them and they were good. You need to walk 15 to 20 minutes if you want to go to the El Calafate town for food or shopping. If you have a car, there is adequate parking and moving around shouldn't be a problem.

Great attention un the front desk, plus the dinner is really good.

The rooms were so hot it was like a sauna. There is no way to control the temperature either. We ended up sleeping with the window wind open but this did little to cool the room. On check out we got the reception to order us a taxi. It was over 30mins late and we almost missed out check in time.
