It could be a great hotel but it's just mediocre. Spacious rooms and good facilities.
Bad breakfast, scrambled eggs cold water and milk. Old crescents.
Very limited restaurant.
We disappeared a garment (a particularly expensive one), we complained two days in a row, the third magically appeared.

Very good infrastructure, beautiful place, beautiful rooms, very clean always. To highlight the employees, all very trained, use correct vocabulary, 100% helpful make you feel like a king. The pool and common spaces, games and gym also stand out, very beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing that is missing and not so under stars is to expand the menu of the restaurant. Few dishes and common, the same is compensated by the helpful attitude and good willingness of the waiters.

I really liked this hotel, a very good breakfast. Near the ice Bar and a bird reserve. And the center of Iguazu.

We went for Mother's Day last year and luckily we got lodging at this hotel as everything was busy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very hot so the pools were enabled until 21 pm. Nice place to go with family.

Beautiful hotel with excellent attention. I recommend 100%. The only suggestion I find is that it would be nice to add a fence around the pool to take care of the kids.

I loved the hotel. I went in two chances. The location, the services, the staff, the cleanliness, the swimming pool, the beautiful park. Especially the security of the area and how accessible from all the places you want to visit. I'd go back without thinking.

Some rooms are a little small and in need of updating however, the upgrade fee was only like $78 for 3 nights to a much larger room. The pool area is wonderful and the wait staff were excellent, just so pleasant! I'd definitely go back.

It has a strategic location 15 km from the Falls, to 6 from the centre of Puerto Iguazú and to the side of the path 12. From there you can go walking to visit the Biocentro, the Aripuca, the shelter GüiráOga and the House of Bottles, all attractions not to miss in this city. The hotel is beautiful, a beautifully landscaped enviable! Has a spa, sector for children and a pool very nice. Comfortable, clean and very well taken care of. The guys of the reception are all very helpful, both for issues of the hotel as the signs for tourist. It also has a dining room in which you can eat from 10 in the morning to 22:30 hs, a letter to modest, but varied and with very good prices. The care extends to the sector of the swimming pool and the rooms, prepare a few drinks delicious! The attention of the ladies is impeccable. It is a fantastic hotel, highly recommended and have a price differential between weekday and weekend.

First Hotel available in Puerto Iguazú. Very clean and comfortable, friendly and helpful Staff, great kitchen. We Didn't have time to try pool and sauna.

Prices much more than honest: 1 Milanese, 1simple salad, a sandwich with hamburgers and 2 small bottles of water at about 20 euros.

A bit far from downtown…

Let's start with the employees, are very friendly and if you as result any problems there are to help (stamina Maxi) The place, Osea the hotel, is really very very nice. I came with my flia and Hnas and is beautiful, has a super cute scenery, full of flowers everywhere, trees, green wherever you look. Oh! Let's add the small lizards that can be found! haha Uh I almost forgot the sink! I think the best thing about the hotel.
Food… Well I only had included the breakfast that very rich but I think it lacks variety. Dinner and lunch we can eat there in the bar and the food is very rich, I would also add more variety.
Wifi… well, sometimes it works and others don't but I was able to keep in touch and always informed.
Rooms… well first I was in one and then by a cancelled flight issue I pass to another cheaper. The rooms are very very nice, well decorated, but I had the unfortunate and disgusting fact that in the second room to which I passed… there was Chan Chan Chan ants! But where he looked. At night I went to the bathroom and turned on the light. My God, a path that went from the ground to the ceiling of ants! I want to believe that it was bad luck and that the room maybe to go not so many people have not cleaned it accordingly. In the same way we must understand that we are surrounded by trees, grass, forests, etc. And it is obvious that there are mosquitoes, bugs, Peeero is not very nice to have ants all over the room, I just say.

The place is wonderful. Very familiar and comfortable. Very quiet with a unique scenery and close to everything. Recommended for Ìr with the family. Good Food.

Excellent resource human, modest service of spa, rooms comfortable, service comfortable. It has an outdoor pool, fitness room, play room, restaurants, bar and cafeteria, paralyzed and well-kept. Recommended for a getaway with your partner, or if not the entire row.
It also has cabins and parking.

Excellent place to rest. We spent a Christmas Eve beautiful first time away from home but together with part of the family. Very friendly people. All very careful, beautiful plants, beautiful swimming pool to enjoy it to the fullest. A beautiful memory that we remained very sure repeat very soon if God permits us.

Beautiful, huge rooms, perfect cleanliness and nice, I asked for three days to the masseuse never attended, lunch or dinner very basic almost to sick it would be for the contingent of retirees, we ask that the letter or in the beautiful space of the bar to the side of the pool. A beauty for a tour of the vastness of the hotel. Plane ride does not arrive after the breakfast you lose virtually the day of hotel, I recommend instead of doing the tours and the biutyfree as they say stay two days to relax and enjoy the hotel.

They made us spend an excellent stay in paradise! the landscape is impressive and added to that the good deal, comfort. They made us feel at home. Sorry for disturbing their peace, a few days is not easy (when we were 11 of whom 6 were kids. ) thank you for your patience. I regret having gone without goodbye Ms. And our waiter that day was of franco. They are all love. I hope to return soon.

We went with the boys (8 and 11) and they treated us super good, very helpful. The cabins are amazing, excellent prices in relation to the location and comfort. Even though are far from the Centre, are collective, remis and taxi carrying them anywhere.
We will surely return.
