The service is excellent and you can get rooms for very cheap prices if you search online in time. I recommend it.

The truth a regrettable experience… non-maintenance and dirty facilities especially the pool… poor breakfast… little staff in relation to the number of people staying… to top it off we were not advised that they rented the hotel during the 3 days of our stay to a Contingent of 178 graduates… you could not sleep or use the pool… parties until 6 in the morning every day… remains of food and alcohol thrown everywhere… accumulated garbage of several days… the guys having sex on either side… the first day We asked to return the money to go somewhere else and they refused… a Venezuelan or Colombian red hair worker by the accent told us in a very bad way and with total ignorance of the national laws of defense to the consumer that they fulfilled given that We paid for a room those days and got a room… they don't know how to take care of the tourist and they hurt the tourism of the region…

If I had the chance to place 0 stars I would. I really ruined the holiday, not recommended at all. They stayed at 178 graduates and they didn't even let us know before to look for another alternative. The pool was not cleaned for a week, and was used by approximately 178 people, so the water became green and suspended particles; This was nothing, today we found thongs hanging on the patio plants, food and bottles thrown in the yard full of flies; Parties until 6 in the morning because the graduates could not leave the hotel; Breakfast queues; Teenagers drinking alcohol all day in the pool. I asked for the money back so I could rent elsewhere, and not only did they refuse but we were also mistreated by a Colorado-dyed woman who wasn't even Argentina. A disaster, unfortunate memory of a beautiful place as are the falls.

Very good attention. The beds are comfortable, I was in a female room of 4. To go to the falls, by taxi I charged 300 pesos, in Bondi 18 pesos. (The Poe is opposite).

If I could I put zero stars!, Carisimo 2mil per night, smell of humidity, smelling bath, shower is a hand shower, broken mosquito netting, no plug in the bathroom for razors, the room lighting is unfortunate, very come down, lack of maintenance, the pool full of algae (Very dirty), and poor breakfast, coffee watered and practically without fruit… Many stupid rules, you can not use the towel for the pool, … The air conditioner is cut from 8 to 20 hours, and if you do not say it does not turn on. Wouldn't go back.

Simple place, as is in if Quest lodges! But quiet to rest and the girl who attended US made the paw to enter before Chek-out time.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The 10/10 cleaning is as shown in the photos. In case of any inconvenience they solve it instantly. A lot of kindness from all the receptionist, as well as the guys in the kitchen and the bar. Suuuuper Recommended!

The hostel in itself is nice. Installations OK but the poor customer service left a sour taste in my mouth. Lack if lightening to walk from the reception to the room. (We had to turn on the flashlights of our phones) Also, the pictures of the rooms (cleaniness and tidiness) do not match the actual large sized room. We had only sheets. Not covers. Not utensils in the kitchen. There were no towels in either of the batrooms. I walked to the front desk with one of the staff members and when we got there, he started taking food orders and ignored my need for towels. After 15', when he was done, he asked what I needed. I thought he was joking and said:" my towels". We were 4adults and three kids. He gave 4big towels and 2 tiny towels (the ones you dry your hands) and told me those were for the kids and thats all he had. Wow! Since I had a 3toddlers, I ordered chocolate. Milk in the front desk. The guy never informed the kitchen about my order but he did charge me for it of course. Every time we went to the front desk, there was a long wait. Not a good experience. I don't recommend it at all.

Very nice! Very good price-service ratio. We were in December, a very tropical climate. The food in the restaurant and the economy compared to the south of Argentina. The pool is very large with clean and warm water. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking and barbeque available. Comfortable rooms with air conditioning. Taxi service and bus stop in front.

Beautiful place. A shame the services and lack of maintenance (they cut the light and water all the time, there are no emergency lights or water bottles for the travelers). The staff were very friendly and operative. The electronic doors and electronic payment device were also in trouble, we had to go to another branch to cancel. I don't recommend it.

Can imagine this place being great during high season, we went in low season, so felt quite empty. The kitchen is terrible, don't expect to cook here, also the 'fitness room' is just a set of weights and one machine. Pool is nice and bus stop being just outside is good.

Inexpensive lodging, nothing exceptional. I asked for two glasses to pour my beer into and one of them yet smelled beer that was in it before.

When I was the staff was very friendly always, the pool huge, very comfortable room, and breakfast was good.

I used to be a very good option for a good time, today is a rest place with excellent pool. Wifi very poor as in all iguazu.

Incompetent staff, failure of electricity (and water), and failure of the internet and even down to beer the night! The tour desk was closed, the staff doesn't know anything about anything. He has tried to con us stating that we had not spent the night booked via Booking! (night we paid in cash, and for which it has been difficult to get an invoice). In short between the many inadequacies and the attempt to scam I absolutely advice this hotel that has nothing more than its competitors.
PS: say you nothing shady tasks that can be found on the bed sheets… For that you need to read the other comments!

Personally, I had a bad experience at this place. In the room the air does not work, the room was not in conditions, or clean and the mosquito net broken. The complex itself is nice for a drink and spend the night but not to sleep.

Total disaster. We couldn't do the check in until 2 pm. The air conditioning was not working, we changed room a well-fed with an air humidity unbearable noise and without television. Very nice pool and location, the staff very friendly, but all Internet facilities were really bad (Wi-Fi only in the cellar, most PC didnt work), kitchen for guests was quite disgusting.
