We have now stayed at the hotel for three years on a row. It’s not cheap hotel as we only have one holiday a year. This year as been shocking as the food is cold and it’s not case off last minute meal we are normally there about 8pm The choice as got worse over years. As we say not a cheap hotel Our best bit was we was entering the hotel one night behind a couple and there is automatic doors and doors shut on my wife I tried to push her out the way and doors caught her arm. The door cracked and my wife screamed. The door man then approached me as said I will after pay for it. Not how was my wife. No one asking how she is. We then got a bill for 350 euro Or said they would call the police. My wife could not ski for the rest of the holiday Everyone we talk to about this is shocked We paid the bill AVOID THIS HOTEL.

A lovely hotel in which you want to return. We spent six days. Gorgeous interior, large and comfortable rooms, friendly and always smiling staff. You will be surrounded by unobtrusive attention and caring… Amazing Spa… Can be a long time to write and to admire, but it is better to go there and realize how good it is. Of course, such service is not cheap, but I did not regret about it.

Great hotel, junior suites have free spa access which is great after a day on the slopes. Close to the Gondola station so easy to get the first lift up.

The hotel interior is impressive. The prices are too high. The service is excellent. A little light in the room and allow no opportunity. In the two restaurants the choice of dishes is similar. The breakfasts are excellent.

Very nice hotel perfectly placed. But too hot in the rooms… Wonderful breakfast. Excellent Staff!

Very bad hotel. The rooms are missing things. 4 days gone pajamas, panties, IPad and computer. The worst hotel in the world.

The hotel is very nice. We love it here, especially the spa. I think this spa in Andorra is no longer in any hotel. Nice and comfortable.

It was a great holiday, as always with Peter's travels from Neumünster. The hotel also very good, we had beautiful rooms, with views of the mountains. Right from the hotel, a cable car went up, directly to the golf course, which opened in the summer.
Andorra is a winter sports resort, where there is much more going on than in summer. In the summer, only a few hotels are open, but as we have been told, it is getting more and more.
So just the approach was overwhelming for the first impression. Check it out.

The hotel is a little old and the rooms definitely need a little updating, overall it looks like it was amazing 20 years ago. The beds were very comfortable and there was Wi-Fi in the rooms. A big issue I had was that there was no coffee in the rooms and they didn't have coffee available on till about 7:30. Also when they finally did bring out coffee, I wanted to take it to go since I was already running late waiting for it. But the staff was very rude about it and told me it was "IMPOSSIBLE" for them to get me a disposable cup.
