Nice hotel, near ski. Not so great room service.

It is an exceptional hotel to come to ski, the facilities are 10 and the service unbeatable. I recommend enjoying a complete experience, the breakfast buffet very varied, the SPA and massages nothing to envy Caldea, the menu of the bar very worked, the Kao restaurant a scandal and the best of all is the hotel staff.

Room spacious, clean and sunny terrace. We had been warned that the SPA and pool were under renovation and that we could access other sites for free. The buffet meals are VERY varied and the pesonnel is nice. I am very surprised by the negative remarks. Even in season, it was TOP. The reception to the bikers is also neat (parking under the hotel, paid but secure. Let's stay friendly and respect the people who work even after a long road)

Fantastic family ski hotel, clean, quiet, great food and good staff.

You did everything right. The reception is extremely friendly and professional. The dinner buffet is delicious and the rooms are more than just nice. The wooden style and quality material was a pleasure to stay in. The WLAN was good, the SPA mainly for famulies. We stayed there in summer (August) and saw many spanish families. Thank you for an extraordinary stay.

Had the best time. Great hotel and service. It was really convenient. The hotel provides shuttles to the lifts, a ski rental store in the hotel. great food and a play room for the kids. we will come back for sure.

I would have had 5* if there had been air conditioning running (it wasn't going), but I understand that it would be a problem of our room that was solved by opening the window (although it is also not the solution). In any case a perfect place to disconnect, with a breakfast and dinner of quite level. If it's any use to you this opinion, so that it's so that you decide to stay because you won't regret it. For point out, if you're one of those kids who makes you nervous, maybe find another place why there are a few here, at least on the weekend.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms are large comfortable. The spa was a welcome after a long day of snowboarding. Free shuttle transfers to the piste.

The best hotel in Soldeu if we talk about medium-high range. My sorrow, they no longer have quintuple rooms. He loses a lot to me now.

Great place to stay if you want to ski in Andorra. The pro's: great food, friendly staff, Nice rooms and a shuttle service to the slopes. The small cons: the spa is rather expensive and has limited access for families, the bar service was slow and the shuttle service back to the hotel was chaotic (but that's not the hotel's fault) Overall we had a great ski trip and will definately come again!

Value for money Parking and SPA go to part. As a detail I lost the key to the Guardaski and charged me €5, after spending 4 people 6 nights and pay a good bill seems a very ugly detail.

Very good hotel that will not disappoint anyone. Your buffet is wonderful with live cooking morning lunch and dinner. His success is full of foreigners especialmenterusos and English.

The Hotel is absolutely perfect for relaxing and skiing as well as snowshoes. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are very nice and there is nothing to complain about the housekeeping. I recommend.

Extraordinary hotel, personal helpful, amazing magic performance.

We are so happy with this hotel. Perfect room for 2 adults & 2 Kids, great kids club, very nice pool/spa/gym, the breakfast & diner buffets were delicious, the staff and service was friendly, warm and professional. The only thing that would have been better, was if the use of the pool/spa area was not an extra cost. We will be back.

The best Marina and Matthew and their patience with the children. All the staff of the hotel very friendly outstanding of our needs at all times. The room was very clean and the food was very good.

All right. We love Soldeu and close proximity of this hotel to Vall d'incles and to slopes. Right food and walking trails.

This is not a 4 * hotel. We had booked a room in the end we found ourselves with the hotel's lamest room.

Problem of booking a room in balcony one has reservation with balcony no favor anything not even amiable the spa pay tro dear nothing included with the rooms housekeeping not done just it changes the sheets and towels no smile they have nothing to fuck no clim Atis you can go tell them he always finds excuses that from blah blah bullshit he gets all the mouths at breakfast almost they piss me I thought I relax well no J aurrai prefer to go camping thank you Hotel

Hotel is great! Rooms (furniture) need updating but beds and rooms are clean. The choice of food in the dining room/restaurant is also great!

Excellent Hotel in Soldeu just after the village but very close to the center, for those who wish to go to the ski slopes, they can take the shuttle that circulates all day. The hotel has all the amenities and the staff is excellent and are all very professional without exception (this is becoming rare nowadays). The kitchen is very good and the products of quality, the buffets are very varied and each day different. We were delighted to spend a week at the ice axes and we will be back with pleasure. The rooms are beautiful with a small terrace and a beautiful view of the mountains, one point to improve would be to provide in the rooms doors coats for the ski garments.

It's the second time we have stayed here and would come back again without question. Food is excellent, bedrooms are very comfortable and free Wi fi throughout the hotel. It's a short walk to the centre of Soldeu for those wanting to ski and a free shuttle bus is available if you want to wait for it. The bus is busy first thing so be prepared to wait. We have got lockers near the bubble so we leave all our ski kit there and walk up and down in comfy shoes. Gives your legs a chance to stretch before strapping on your ski boots.
