Best hotel experience I've ever had! The rooms are clean and spacious. The large fridge and kitchen worked well for big family meals.

We’ve stayed at this Home2Suites several times and we’ll return. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean and quiet and the location is perfect — just off I-95 and close to restaurants and shopping.

At the last minute we found ourselves in need of a hotel in Jax.
We settled on Hotel Indigo and it was really good. Parking and checking in was a breeze.

What a wonderful experience. I spent Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at Riverdale Inn, which was my first time staying at a B&B.

We were visiting family for several days in Jacksonville and found this B&B decorated beautifully for Christmas. The breakfast was very good and such a friendly atmosphere.

This hotel is very close to the interstate and has good food around in case you are looking to eat outside.

I could say a number of wonderful things about this property, but I just finished their email survey and I need to get back to my taxes LOL. Book it, enjoy it, and you can thank me later.

4 girls celebrating one of us for her birthday and we were amazed how big those rooms were. The bathroom were big enough for all of us. We docorated the place and still had space to dance and enjoy.

If you need to stay for Mayo Clinic visit & you need extended stay with full kitchen, take a look at this hotel seriously. It is 5 years old compared to Hilton nearby which opened October 2025.

Located at the heart of the city's premier shopping and dining district, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jacksonville Town Center has earned its spot as my go-to choice whenever I’m in town.

First of all I’m always in Jacksonville and I’ve stayed at pretty much every hotel in baymeadows. But holiday in express/ suite on Brightman is the best overall.

I had a wonderful experience at Marriott. The service was friendly, professional, and very welcoming from start to finish.

We stay here about 3 times per year and always have an excellent experience. The front desk, bar, and dining staff are phenomenal. There is a reason we continue to stay here.

A solid hotel — with a good breakfast. It’s a Holiday Inn that has been renovated and in good shape. What else you looking for? Room was clean and quiet.

Comfortable and spacious room, great shower, FREE parking, walkable to Five Points area. My only complaint is that they do not have real creamer (half and half) for coffee.

We had a wonderful four-night stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Jacksonville Baymeadows.

It was a busy night when we checked in. After settling into our room, we started storing food in the refrigerator, only to discover it was broken.

My husband and I were very pleased to have chosen the Hyatt to stay.
It surpassed our expectations. The rooms were spotless clean, rooms are big with double beds and sofa with a refrigerator.

This Hyatt in Jacksonville was a great pitstop for us on our southward journey from Charlotte.
The prices were reasonable, the check-in was smooth, parking was free, and the breakfast was okayish.

The view alone was worth it! Very clean, comfortable and modern hotel with a wonderful staff. Lucked up on an upgraded room with a view of the water and it was perfect.

While visiting a friend I stayed at this property and found the atmosphere wonderful, the hotel is very clean and quiet. The staff are very helpful and breakfast certainly had a wide variety.

The Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront is an excellent hotel.

Very convenient check in and check out. No waiting in long queues. Parking lot is just right in front of the hotel. Amazing views.

This was my first time here and it was decent breakfast, but the most important part for me the bed comfortablity was good but not the pancake pillows.

We stayed at Sheraton Jacksonville Hotel during a family trip. We usually prefer hotels that offer free breakfast, which Sheraton does not, but the rate was reasonable, so we decided to book.

We stayed here for the ASUN softball tourney earlier this month. Raffy and his team were amazing. Despite going through renovations, they worked hard to make our team’s stay comfortable and enjoyable.

We had a very nice stay in adjoining rooms. Hotel was very clean, shower nice, and breakfast was well organized with mixture of cold and hot options. Staff were very pleasant.

We booked this hotel for a quick overnight stay due to an early morning appointment at Mayo Clinic Jacksonville. We had never stayed here before and we were pleasantly surprised.

The room is very nice with 2 queen beds and a large TV with bathroom and closet with a safe and the other side of the room is a nice kitchenette with a couch and chair.

Joelle at the Residence Inn was absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly helpful during check-in and went above and beyond by personally bringing a rollaway bed up to our room.

Hampton Inns are consistently good lodging with nice rooms, a good breakfast, and many locations. By far our choice when we are on the road.

Excellent stay, keyless access, 55” TV, easy access off 10, comfortable bed. Highly recommend.
