This historic motel has small, clean rooms, friendly staff, nice perks like free coffee and breakfast, and a great location.

Exactly as expected! Rooms were everything we needed, had lovely soaps in them. Easy parking. And the breakfast in the morning was also simple, yet fantastic. Would recommend staying here!

This hotel is very unique & incredibly cozy. It was quiet and a block away from all of the shop’s & restaurants in downtown Boulder. The staff gave top tier service.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Hotel Boulderado. This hotel is truly something special — a beautiful historic property right in the heart of downtown with an unbeatable location.

Great, historic hotel. Well-maintained, excellent staff, wonderful vibe here. Parking is scarce and pricey, food is delicious but also pricey.

This is a wonderful place — can't recommend it enough. It is the best way to experience Boulder. In the heart of the foothills, gorgeous outdoors, no TV, relaxed, clean, welcoming.

We enjoyed our stay but the floors in the living room were very dirty. When we first got there, we accidentally dropped a pillow on the floor and it was covered in dirt and hair.

My fiancé and I love staying there. Everything is clean and the staff is very nice. Breakfast is amazing!

Don't let this place fool you. It's still semi under construction. Located right outside Boulder in residential area. Playground and trails behind property. Rooms are large and comfortable.

We absolutely loved our stay at Basecamp Boulder! We hosted a work conference here and the atmosphere and venue was well received!

I really felt like the location was ideal, close enough to Pearl Street to walk on a nice day, very close to the University, and some shops/ places to eat.

This hotel delivers a level of luxury that is hard to find elsewhere. The environment was serene, the staff were incredibly attentive, and the facilities were world class.

I enjoyed an extended stay at Homewood Suites in Boulder in August 2025 and would do it again — it's a very nice "home away from home".

Stayed here for three nights and enjoyed my stay. I got upgraded to a bigger room, which was nice. They have an executive lounge and as a platinum bonvoy member, I got access.

LOVE this place. I've stayed here twice, always a pleasant stay. Cool, quiet, safe little neighborhood, very walkable! Plenty of restaurants and stores around. Parking garage avail on site.

We stayed three nights over Christmas and it was very nice — comfortable beds, decent pillows and towels, good water pressure, functional internet and TV with about 40 channels (satellite).

The A-Lodge was a perfect place to bring our two pups on their first vacation. The price was good and the lodge is in a beautiful location not far from Boulder.

Dollar for dollar best place I've ever stayed. Perfect location slightly outside of town in the beauty of the rockies but still close enough to have boulder accessible easily.

The Heart Centered Wellness event over Valentines weekend was fabulous. The meeting room spaces were transformed into welcoming, calming, healing promoting sanctuaries.

Fantastic new hotel. Definitely will be coming back for all of my regular business trips to Boulder. My room was quiet! That's my main requirement. I didn't even have to use earplugs.

We really enjoyed our stay with a group of 4 rooms. Stayed here over long weekend for an event in boulder and everything was clean, fresh, easy to access and excellent customer service.

The rooms were nicely decorated and clean. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were a little too soft for me, but still — they felt nice. The shower had great shower pressure but no detachable hose.

While I didn't stay at the Boulder University Inn, I did make a reservation that I had to cancel.

I was in town for the Boulderthon, and the boulder university inn was exactly what I was looking for in a place to stay, close proximity to pearl street, easy parking, and clean rooms.

Tales of the Broke and Broker. Be honest, we're all looking at the Broker Inn because it's the cheapest hotel in Boulder.

This place is a little bit dated, and a little bit odd.
