It is a beautiful hotel. We attended the event "Concerts in the Woods" which was held in the auditorium of the hotel on the 1st underground level. Whenever the proposals are interesting and Thursday 18/01 were presented to two outstanding musicians who played with folklore, tango and music of Brazil. I was also painting live Professor Gustavo Rovira. A place to visit.

The hotel is excellent! It has very good access to the beach.

Super comfortable to be with guys. There are many activities for different ages. It is complete: it has beach service, spa, 2 heated swimming-pools. The restaurants are not expensive and they have very good attention.

The building structure of the hotel is very good, but sadly at reception is Mr. Cristian, who has no good deal with guests when they are going to make a complaint. In our case from Friday afternoon we told him that the door lock did not work and apart from denying it, it was only solved on Sunday when we were leaving. By telling her that the room was very hot and the air conditioner did not work, of course she denied it and told us that if we wanted a fresh room we would have asked for one with a view of the forest and that we had to have the black out closed. I understand that if we wanted to see the sea none of those options were the right one. Not to mention the manager of the hotel who did not face the inconvenience, only spoke on the phone and had the easiest way out: we make a room change, far from fixing problems. I'm sorry but it has changed a lot the quality of this hotel.

Well… it's not as cute as it looks from the outside… because it's imposing.
It lacks ambience and a little good taste in ornamentation.
The first night we stayed we had to bathe in almost cold water, because there were many people staying we could not satisfy everyone with the demand for hot, pitiful water!.
The attention of the poor confectionery, we took a tea surrounded by dirty napkins as they brought us the order and were not able to pick up the dirty napkins that were on the table and the ones around us on the floor. (A must-have detail)

It has fallen into the details of attention and maintenance in rooms. Water Evian at $130 with charge in rooms and plastic glasses that accompany. We come every year in a group and persist failures that compensate for its perfect location on the beach.

We come with my family periodically for 6 years and never had anything to complain about. Unsurpassed attention, infrastructure, and tranquility. I absolutely recommend it.

Lack of maintenance and cleaning in general, parking is expensive, $ 250 per day, really in a hurry for the month of March, in the restaurant pedis food to the room and they charge a 20% surcharge. I'm not coming back but, I don't recommend it at this time.
