We cannot fault our stay, from the amazing staff to the rooms and breakfast. I've never seen that many great options in a breakfast buffet!

Probably the best hotel I’ve stayed in. Ilia, Maria, NightShift Viktor and all the staff could not do enough for us the whole week. Bottled water… coffee pods… transport passes….

Hotel Essence was a fantastic place to stay in Prague. The location is just a short walk to Old Town, making it easy to explore the city while still being in a quiet and comfortable area.

Beautiful and pleasant hotel in the center of Prague. Pleasant staff who speak both Czech and English well. Excellent breakfast. The price is higher because you are paying for a premium location.

We got a wonderfull stay on top floor with a lot of private space above the surrounding buildings. Service, breakfast and inventory was great. Just the beds are very stiff and could be softer.

Good hotel for a good price. Very clean and tidy. Breakfasts are ok for the price, with a good variety of products to eat.

I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are considering a trip to Prague. We visited for the Christmas markets December 2019. We arrived a couple of hours before our check in time.

Before we even got out of the car, Katia ran out to greet us by name and whisked us up to our beautiful room with a view of the castle.

I attended the candlelight concert at this hotel. It was a great event. It was beautifully decorated and we were warmly welcome by everyone. I enjoyed it immensely!

Arrived for the Christmas Markets, and found this hotel perfect in location for walking everywhere, as well as a great room size, and an outstanding spa.

This was exceptional. A great place to stay while in Prague. Location was superb and so close to the main tourist spots. Breakfast was 10/10 and we found the staff really helpful.

Overall, K+K Hotel Fenix was a nice stay and I felt welcomed from the start.

First time I've stayed at this location (usually stay at their vocelova location) and it didn't disappoint. The apartment is big enough for a couple and probably a family of 3 as well.

We were very happy with our stay at the Hotel Caesar Prague. The essentials were excellent — bed, bathroom and breakfast. In addition it was very clean and a quiet location.

Lovely hotel. Well worth the transport fee.
Bar is ok, no evening meal service and they at the time of reviewing can only do one pizza at a time.
Sadly the TV only had one channel in English.

This Hotel has a front which belies its interior. Once off the very busy Cross road junction in which the Hotel is located, you are led in to an opulent grand Hotel with peace and tranquility.

Lovely clean hotel, friendly staff, comfortable rooms. The bed was super comfortable and a great size. Breakfast had lots of variety and was re filled so nothing was ever empty.

I had an excellent experience during my three-night stay at the Grand Majestic Hotel. The room was spotless.

Very nice location in walking distance from the city center. Excellent spa facilities. Rooms could be much better (due to 5 star hotel). Our room was not fully equiped with amenities.

I have just checked out of one of the best hotel experiences in the last few years. Dorine and the people at the front desk are amazing. Also the personnel at the bar (Iana) and at the breakfast area.
