I had an absolutely fantastic stay at your hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, offering the perfect place to relax.

Even if there are any issues in this hotel, the friendly and helpful staff really compensate all the bad experiences you might have. They are awesome.
The first day the breakfast room was overcrowded.

For a quaint hotel it has everything the reception staff are very friendly and helpful the elevator is small only takes two but the stairs are not long to each floor the meter is just outside the

We received a generous room upgrade and had a wonderful weekend stay at Hotel Mucha! Everyone was so friendly and breakfast was delicious. The bed was so comfy, we slept very well.

Our first impression was that the hotel was a little too far away from shopping and restaurants, but that was our first day and we had hiked 2 miles into town.

We arrived at the hotel around 10am due to an early flight & we were delighted that our room was ready. Beautiful, spacious & spotlessly clean. The bed was big & very comfy.

Everything was perfect! The hotel was very clean. I stayed with my parents, and they were very satisfied as well. The restaurant, breakfast, and dinner were fantastic.

Wonderful hotel with friendly staff, especially Diana, Erik and Jan and Jana on recepcion who were kind and nice for everything we needed. The rooms are beautiful, neat and very comfortable.

This hotel is one block away from the Metro. Along the way, there are multiple bars and markets. Great location. Additionally, the hotel rooms are clean. I can't stress that enough.

First off, If I could give 6 stars for the customer service if I could. Every single team member was amazing from the executive lounge, to house keeping.

Quiet hotel close to the Florenc station. It has perfect location because both fancy Karlin with nice bars and historical downtown are within the walking distance.

Gorgeous apartment with everything we could want and more. Breakfast delivered to the room every morning with lots of choice. Spa was stunning and made feel like a VIP.

The beds at this hotel are very narrow if you are doing two single beds. I’m a short person but I felt like I was about to fall off the bed if I turned too much.

We stayed for 3 nights in December, my first visit to Prague. The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to everything that you need.

The room was old & there were minor issues e. G. Marks from smoking on the balcony outside of our room, the door was slammed against the wall which broke the door stopper.

I travel a lot and I think this hotel is a good value for money. It’s actually in a good location for access to the city.

Comfortable and clean. 15 minutes from the old town on foot. Even the buffet was cool. We ate well and slept well. It is not something very exceptional but it’s worth the price.

Nice location. Close to the city by tram. Rooms are nice but mine is little bit too cold for me, at least for December winter time.

Excellent location, you can move on foot. The underground parking is very close. Large and clean rooms, excellent bathrooms. Comfortable 24/7 reception and very friendly staff.

We great stay at Powder Tower Suits. The rooms are spacious, newly furnished and clean. The location is in the center with easy access to public transport and many locations within walking distance.

When I checked in yesterday, I faced the problem of a complete lack of Wi-Fi.

My favorite accommodation in Prague. I need to visit few times a year for work and I always stay at this hotel if there's room.

Booked for one night (during November), very good location. Tramstop is right behind the corner, two stops from metro station/train station.

I stayed here for two nights on my way to and back from Vienna and had great rest both of those times.

The hotel was scrupulously clean.
Breakfast was varied and appetising although cooked breakfast wasn’t hot enough.
A minor point (no English Breakfast tea). Take your own.
