Wonderful time. Excellent activities, good food.
Only that during holidays there is more pressure even on staff and so on.

Nice place in peri urban setup with unique design and good quality services.

What a lovely place to spend your off days with the family. Really enjoyed my time there. Definitely going back.

Very chill and cool place to spend with your family and friends. There is boat cruising, grounds for ball game, fishing, Etc lots of activities you can participate with your family or spouse.

They left me stranded at the airport. It was 11 pm, I was alone at the airport waiting for them for one hour and they never showed up. I tried calling the number of the hotel and it was disconnected. I had to jump into a stranger’s car who drove me there because they said that taxis were not safe. I got there and they said they forgot about me because they were organising a birthday party.

The place has a potential to be a nice place if well maintained and managed, service provision needs ro be improved ummmm.
I was a bit disappointed by the experience at this place.

I recommend you to go there I you want to spend quality time with friends and family. Had lots of fun.

I went to hang out a Margolis with my girls. The experience was awesome. We had a great time. We bought meat from the butcher and it was braai-d for us… the activities are decent.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at Stephen Morgelis Resort. Despite having proof from Agoda and Expedia that my reservation included breakfast, I was served a subpar breakfast that fell short of my expectations. When I inquired about the breakfast, I was offered a one-night stay refund. However, I later received a call stating that I hadn't paid for breakfast. Upon check-in, I presented my confirmed reservation, which clearly stated that breakfast was included. I take issue with the assumption that I was trying to take advantage of the resort. As an experienced traveler, I've stayed at numerous resorts, and this experience was particularly disappointing. The subpar breakfast, combined with the inconsistent communication and accusatory tone, made for an unpleasant experience, especially since I was traveling with my daughter. I hope that in the future, the resort will take steps to ensure that guests are treated with respect, and reservations are honored correctly, including providing breakfast that meets the resort's standards. Thus, I hope you will take my feedback seriously and take immediate action to correct these issues and prevent similar experiences for future guests. "

Nice refreshing environment with exciting recreational activities. The service is good as well as the rooms.

We did a day visit to this resort during our trip to Harare. It is a great outing for families with lots of activities especially for kids. There is a restaurant and an option to select your own meat and they braai for you. We opted for the braai which wasn’t so bad except for too much salt in the meat, the portions were good. Our kids (11yrs old) enjoyed the VR game, zip-lining and horse riding.
The staff was not very friendly, they kept speaking to us in their local language yet this is a resort — they should anticipate that not everyone is a local and the rest rooms didn’t have toilet paper which wasn’t good for a place with lots of people.

I had a lot of fun. The activities were fun. I hope they have fixed what was broken in some of the activities which made the lines move slow.

Poor services the staff is rude, the pool is dirty, l don’t encourage anyone to go there to be honest. The manager made me do horse riding that l didn’t want when l told them their pool water is dirty and the slide was not even working. The guy on the zip line was moody as well. Don’t waste your money going this place they don’t even refund even when they are not providing the service. L was really disappointed. ☹️. L would give them 1/10. In toilets no water. Mind you l had asked them what they offer and they told me bt on the ground they started to tell me differently.

My kids and I really enjoyed our stay. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping is always on hand to keep the rooms tidy. Definitely loved being connected to Wifi. The braai meat was perfect, breakfast meals were great. We really appreciated the buy one get one free activity promo. Keep raising the standards.

Much of my time was wasted in queues for activities but the activities are good. I feel like the place would be nicer with manicured lawns than grass forests.

Its a family friendly resort, they have activities for both children and adults, it braai activities include, mega swings, horse riding, virtual reality, live music, swimming and football on the big screen.

Getting there might be a problem but when you do, the activities offered are GREAT.
