Pamona BB House exceeded all expectations! Impeccably clean rooms, cozy atmosphere, and the friendliest staff. The homemade breakfast was a delightful treat. Highly recommend it for a peaceful and comfortable stay. 5 stars!

A hidden gem in this quiet area of Pamona Borrowdale with green lush lawns and a superb outdoor pool,. Whenever in Harare we always stay there and everything has always been 100% perfect. From their clean and airy rooms and the great service from the staff, complimented by uninterrupted power supplies and Wi-Fi, we encourage anyone to try this place.
To top it all up the bustling Sam Levy Village is only 5 mins away. Ideal for banking, shopping, restaurants and bars.
Well done guys and keep up the good work. We will be back soon.

The place is beautiful and thanks to Chiedza and Gamu very kind and polite girls however find it very weird and upset with owner of the house who just appeared with no notice and introduce saying :iam. The owner of this place: yes but we didn't book through him but through the agent so why did he come with no notice started to use one of the lounge which we have have booked wput his kids into hay lounge also asked the girls to cook food for them same kitchen we booked. I find this man very rough, very unprofessional. We felt uncomfortable to stay as he kept on popping In that he made our stay a miserable.
If u book through agent my understanding is u deal with the agent so why was Mr Matsika interfering? why didn't he discuss any issues with his agent. My advise is if he wants to run it himself it's better that way than to handover to the agent at the same because he want to involve himself in everything… that was totally wrong to come to the house where people have booked anytime u feel like because we paid a lot of money.
Will never book the place again and regret booking it. Thanks to the girls who tried there best to reassure us.
If u want to have a happy comfortable holiday avoid booking this place as u will have a miserable stay throughout your holiday.
