The rooms are very nice, clean and spacious, the food is amazing.

A very good atmosphere chilled and comfortable.
However the service is a bit laid back no warm water running in shower.
Tried calling the reception no answer.
Dstv viewing it's poor only 3-4 channels picture quality its misty no air-conditioning.

Coming into the vicinity we thought wow, very beautiful view, peaceful ots the kinda place you'd want to have your vacation in its beautiful, the only downside is the service, the waiters are uninterested its as if you're bothering them by asking for assistance. We ordered drinks and food by the pool it took almost an hour to get the stuff I was so upset not even the drinks were served, and when we made a complaint they acted as if it was our problem, when placing the order the lady I believe her name is Michelle told us it would take 10 to 15 mins, which was not the case, after following up and opting to cancel the order, she then came with the food and told me it was ready, I was in shock but to say the least because I asked her to cancel as we were now leaving, she was upset and gave us an attitude rolling her eyes, I ended up just paying for the food and I asked her to get it packed we had to wait again lol, if that was not even we returned to the main lobby to use the toilets there and the staff there were gossiping about us and the whole situation I mean the lack of professionalism was appalling, I personally came through to check out the place as I was looking for a nice place to celebrate my birthday but I changed my mind, theres nothing worse than making a customer feel like you're bothering a waiter or waitress for service, its a nice place but the service needs to be worked on.

Its an amazing facility combining a safari wild touch with classy urban setting. Even though it still has ongoing construction the place is great by means of facilities and service. I'm sure some work will be done on their food.

A beautiful resort with wildlife and excellent customer service. The food at the restaurant was inconsistently good and the rooms had a strong chemical scent upon each housekeeping visit. Overall was a lovely stay.

We stayed at Manna Resorts for 1 week and we had a great stay here. The service staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and filling. The zebra and impala roaming around made it feel like we were in the bush. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had laundry done while there too and they did an awesome job, my husband’s shirts have never been whiter. The restaurant is set away from the city but within 5 min of some great restaurants. They have a spa where I had a very relaxing massage. Thank you for a great stay.

Was there recently with my wife for a work function, lovely atmosphere & great views. It's a distance from the city centre but then again that's helps make it so special, great scenic views too!

We stayed during the Special Convention of Jehovah's witnesses. Many of our friends and fellow witnesses were also there. This no doubt contributed to the friendly, comfortable atmosphere at the lodge. We had a very enjoyable time there. The ground are beautiful and the staff invariably friendly. The facilities definitely need some attention and maintenance and the restaurant is expensive and the food mediocre. But the time spent there was very enjoyable and we'd be happy to return in future. Special mention should be given to the Jehovah's witnesses information and welcoming desk installed in the main reception. They were simply fantastic.

The place is too good but they need to improve their rooms especially air conditioning in cold times the rooms are colder. Avail heaters in rooms. I loved the scenery and the aesthetic 😍

Good environment for business conferences/ meetings. Everything ran smoothly & they adjusted to our requests promptly.

They offer good services and good food the place is good and their garden is very exelent designs.

Friendly service from all staff and management and very helpful. The conference facilities were excellent. Room were clean well equipped outside dining areas. I do recommend the resort and I will be vising soon for accommodation and conference activities.

We were received with a warm welcome. The food was 100% good, well cooked, the chefs were serving the food and smiles at the same time. Thumps up Manna Resorts. We will definitely recommend others to go to Manna Resorts. Tanaka was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a haven of peace, quiet and excellent service. 9/10

This is a beautiful, serene lodge in a hilly, lovely part of Harare. Loved the preservation of indigenous Msasa trees and nothing beats the experience of being surrounded by zebras and impala just casually grazing while you are having your business meetings or sitting in your room. Lovely conferencing facilities, beautiful spacious rooms and really great food!

The rooms were specious and clean. Also the food was good especially the dinner start up creamed soup, Thumps up to the chefs. Considering that I brought children, a manager named Tanaka was kind and welcoming. I value this. Not to mention the car park, it was hassle-free to park the vehicle and was safe and secure for the whole night.

The rooms are so outstanding, very smart and the service 100 percent, I also loved the food uuummm Chefs are very creative there as for the location so quiet and I’m going this December again with my family.
