Broken, sink tap, too noisy from inside and outside. Not enough pillows. One pillow per person not comfortable.

They have beautiful rooms and friendly staff and the environment is quiet and lovely.

I have always wanted the best for me and my husband. We live together so happily that we had never had issues that we can't resolve. We have been married for over 3 years now. He was the best for me, but I got lost in confusion when he told me he doesn't want our marriage anymore, this happened when he came back from his trip with all the saying that he has found another woman he loves so much and want a divorce. I pleaded with him to consider our kids too. My words were so useless to him. I was so confused that I had to seek help and solution when I came across this prophetess. Dr. Mama Nana +27672073600 told me what I need to do so I did and after two weeks my husband came back apologizing for everything he had done and want us back again. Now I happily share this with everyone for what Dr. Mama Nana has done for me. She has solutions to different marital problems like helping jobless people to get jobs and also job promotions. She also gives assistance to any person with relationship problems.

One of best hotels in Harare. However the hotel seems to have been affected by the many years of economic melt down. The breakfast is awesome. The rooms are spacious and fitted with comfortable queen-size beds.

Have only been therr for conferences and thumbs up yo them. The conference facilities are good and the food is up to standard.

Had a workshop here and the facilities were really good. Help to get power to our laptops and to get the right temperature in the room was immediate and satisfactory. The food on all meals was on point. Keep it Monoz.

Has a lot of ready to help staff and this is very evident from the entrance. Was pleased with the service and the views. The plumbing for some of the rooms could do with good renovation. My first room would flood every morning from shower water. For that, I take a star off my rating.

These guys know their stuff in the hospitality industry. Their service is great, I like their efficiency and response rate to the requests of the customer. Visit them once they won't ask you the same boring questions again but they'll have your information in their database, fantastic!

It was beautiful to have coffee and cake with the girls to sit and discuss. I had an amazing time… It's favourable to the pocket also.

A fairly quiet city hotel which provides guests with a beautiful view of the city of Harare.

Great food and awesome staff.

Very refreshing, its a good place to get away from the buzz and commotion of the CBD. The rooms are nice, the food is excellent and the room service is on point. Had a minor hiccup with the aircon in my room but the maintenance guys fixed it in no time. The view of the CBD from the top floor is to die for.

Standing at a whooping 17 floors in the heart of Harare the Monomotapa edifice is hard to miss. It's a decent hotel close to the airport. It's convenient if you're in town for business. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. The rooms, furnishings and fittings are a bit old. The awesome views of the city and the food at the Parkview restaurant will help you get over these minor shortcomings quick. Card payments are accepted.

Beautiful hotel set in the heart of Harare. Most rooms have a beautiful view of the sunrise and the beautiful Harare gardens.

I had the worst experience last night at Crowne Plaza, may go back for lunch but definitely not for a sleepover. I told the lady at reception, Dumi or something, did not get her name properly that it was not the service I knew. Will settle for Holiday Inn in future where I have always received excellent service.

Was here for a 3day conference. The Staff is great, always ready to help. Even their IT department is a very diligent and helpful (we had a bit of a problem with their Wi-Fi but they attended to us individually very quickly and would check on us regularly). Food is good.

Upmarket hotel with quality modern technology, professional staff, quality meals, spacious clean rooms with safe and many more… Has good view of city from rooms in the upper floors and rooftop.

Attended an event there and it was a joyous occasion. It was spacious, great service from the staff and it was memorable. Definitely the place to host an event. Plus it's conveniently located making it easy to access for all the attendees.

Stayed for a week. Comfortable than some other hotels in Harare. But the room service is awful. Ordered vegetarian food and they brought it with minced meat pieces which I realized only after eating some. Chef apologized and promised alternative food which never came. 3 stars for comfort but One star for the service and hospitality.

Wonderful clean place to stay in Harare. I loved the view of the garden from my room (14th floor), unfortunately I forgot to take any pictures. I'm not sure if all the rooms were like mine, but a little sound proofing could help. I could hear the other guy on his phone from the neighbouring room. Also could hear the water running as he flushed the toilet. That was a bit annoying. I've had great food here before but I wasn't that impressed this time around. Otherwise the staff here is super friendly. They'll treat you like you are the only customer in the establishment. A terrific place in the heart of Harare to stay.

The Monomotapa Hotel in Harare is the cleanest, most luxurious place to stay with the friendliest staff off all hotels in Zimbabwe I have ever stayed in. I will recommend this hotel to any one traveling to Harare, Zimbabwe.
