10/10 across the board. Very hospitable staff from the warm welcome from reception, all reception staff were helpful and friendly — housekeeping did a good job with keeping hotel rooms clean and secure guards were super helpful even helping with luggage or heavy bags. My room with a garden was perfect, will choose them again when I visit Harare again. Location is great, central to city centre.

I stayed at three different hotels in Harare. This was by far the best one. Super clean rooms. Cool, relaxed but attentive staff.

What a gorgeous hotel! We loved our stay here. Beautiful & comfortable room with an amazing shower and lovely private garden area to relax. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and friendly, I would definitely recommend this place for anyone travelling to Harare.

Stayed in a couple of hotels during our vacation but this was the best place out of all of them. The staff is friendly, the rooms are super clean and beautiful and they smell so nice! The lady who was at reception on the 8th of December is very hospitable and friendly! Will definitely stay there again!

Room:
The room was comfortable, spacious, and well-furnished, providing a pleasant environment for rest.
Cleanliness:
Everything was clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping kept the room tidy throughout my stay.
Noise Level:
The hotel was mostly quiet, but on one of the days there was some noise due to a live band performance. It didn’t last too long, but it was noticeable.
Value:
Overall, good value for money. The service and facilities met expectations, and I would consider staying again.

As a frequent traveler this is probably one of the best hotel experiences I had. Excellent and professional management and staff, extremely neat and clean, the food is extraordinarily delicious (hats off to Chop Chop restaurant)!

A conviniently placed, unique and charming boutique hotel. The ambiance is refreshing and esthetically appealing. A pleasant surprise. The attention to detail and cleanliness, adds to the overall serenity and comfort of the room. Enjoyed my breakfast, though the variety of a buffet or wider selection/availability of what is on offer, would be gratifying. Had a positive customer experience from arrivival and through out my stay.

Fantastic boutique hotel in Harare. Stayed several nights during our stay. Kind and helpful staff made our stay at 258 very enjoyable. Modern rooms with all the amenities. Next to Chop Chop restaurant which is very convenient. Will be back again on our next trip to Harare.

New Boutiqe hotel. Location is in the center, making this hotel perfect for business trips. The Internet is very good, and I was able to do conference calls for work.
The room is a beautiful design, and the bed is amazing comfortable.
The staff were amazing, ready to help, and advise any time of the day.
I was staying there for 2 weeks and felt like my second home.

It is very good. The serves are extravagant. You enjoy your stay. The communication is very excellent. They are friendly. They are quick to respond. The staff is overall good and ever smiling. The room are purely good and they offer snacks. And there are large rooms.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by warm, welcoming staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The resort itself is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and beautifully maintained grounds. My room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, offering all the modern comforts while still feeling like a true escape.

I enjoyed the food and environment. Had a tour of the rooms and they are comfortable and very clean. Will definitely come back again. It is safe for women who are travelling solo and also very close to the CBD and amenities. Very accessible. Perfect for a business trip or couple's get away.
