Exquisite experience. Rooms sparkling clean. Fair distance from the CBD. Customer service was top notch. Very fast Wi-Fi to do business without any interferences.

My stay was excellent, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Always smiling. Everything I requested was provided for.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to sis’ Similo❤️and your amazing team for the incredible work you did in helping me organise and host my mum’s birthday celebration. From the planning and decorations to the food, makeup, and hosting every detail lm told was beautifully done and truly exceeded all expectations. My mum was beyond happy and deeply touched by everything. She hasn’t stopped talking about how wonderful the day was and how much love and care went into it all. You indeed have an amazing team that serves with so much respect. Even our guests are still sharing compliments and praising how smoothly everything ran and how beautiful it all looked. I’m so grateful for the time, creativity, and effort you and your team put into making the day so memorable. You turned it into a joyful celebration that my mum, our family, and friends will remember for a long time. The Atmosphere is good, rooms are great, customer care is at the best level. I recommend the place especially for those who value quality. I enjoyed my stay for 2 weeks. Their chefs are good, I enjoyed the food as well.

This is a lovely place, once had a workshop there, enjoyed the service.

The rooms are very clean, the Wi-Fi is very fast, the food is very nice, the chef did a wonderful job, we really enjoyed it, we revived our love and the room decor was perfect, l also liked the view since we were upstairs. The staff is very friendly.

The hotel standards are not at par with the pricing, they should seriously consider renovating the interior or reduce the fees… Furniture is now old, I recommend moving with the times, fit new Furniture so it can be esthetically pleasing. Also a regular housekeeping is needed so that the rooms stay fresh.

Celebrated my anniversary with my family and few friends there. Wonderful, elite, cozy place for a small function. Their deco was on point, the food excellent and rooms very nice. Really had a great time. Their service was implacable.

I had a pleasant stay at Mpala, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The rooms were well maintained and air conditioned. Compliments to the chef (Dawn) who served us very delicious meals which were delivered to our rooms Enjoyed the hot showers.

Mpala boutique hotel staff take the trophy! They carried our little surprise for mum’s graduation celebration as if mom was also their mom. I did not feel like they were campaigning for a tip, I felt like they were genuinely deriving pleasure from giving us, their guests, pleasure. Lavender, Mellow and the chef, thank you so much for treating us like royalty.

Neat and compact. Very narrow parking. No exciting views, but then it comes with the location — wouldn't expect much except maybe for captivating gardens (if only space was permitting). The hotel should install Open View decoders (OVHD) as not a single channel was showing on their unsubscribed DSTV. Breakfast was delicious, and they insist on room service!

Spacious, clean, modern rooms. Lovely staff. Great service all round. I particularly loved how quiet the place is, great for winding down after a long day at work. Cherry on top is that it is quite affordable! The food however wasn't as good. And the menu is very limited.

Beautiful rooms, with Air Con, hot water and TV for entertainment. Good food served on time for breakfast and super. Rooms properly cleaned daily. And very friendly and welcoming staff. Enjoyed my stay. Located close to town.
