Budget friendly. Great staff. There is a nice pool you can swim in. Great breakfast. Only thing is parking is a bit tight but amazing place overall. Will definitely go back.

Stayed one night. Very happy with this place. Beautiful clean room. Serene and well kept garden. All amenities were functional. Lots of hot water (don't take this for granted), free wi — fi, air-con, bar fridge. The two staff members I interacted with were very courteous and friendly i. E the guy at reception and the guy who was setting up breakfast as I checked out. It was a great place to come and rest after a long journey and long day working. I would definitely stay here again.

The place is good but lacks common hospitality etiquette. It's only one or two staff who really showed a passion for their work.
Guests have to keep asking for basic things like soap, foam-bath and shampoo, milk satchets every morning. The housekeeping department does not seem to care about these things.
The drinks served are also poor quality and for that one would expect good quality and high standards.

Atmosphere was nice. Rooms were cosy. Swimming pool was clean. Staff were helpful, though could pay a bit more attention to detail. Workers tend to be a bit noisy early in the morning when people are still sleeping.

The place is beautiful. The rooms very nice and cosy. The dining area is to die for loved the art on the walls. The chef, older guy is a bit arrogant though. I thought it was me first day but then second day also he was not friendly person to be around. Please can we have young and vibrant people. The ladies were friendly.

The linen left a lot to be desired. Improve your inspection and quality control on linen.

My safety and wellbeing was threatened whilst I was staying at this lodge. Someone broke into the room I had booked proceeding to steal my belongings whilst I was fast asleep. What’s questionable is that there was no sign of forced entry yet before going to bed the night before I made sure all doors were locked. I feel targeted as I’m a woman who was traveling alone. I’m very grateful that I did not sustain any physical harm.

Lovely place, with spacious green gardens, quite, safe car parking and security.

It is a very nice, quite and clean place even the atmosphere is nice all of the place is likable.

Loved everything about this place but what made it so remarkable was the people who worked there. You were greeted every day by the groundskeepers, handymen, chefs, gatekeepers, and any other individual who worked at the Mosamai Guest Lodge. Every day we were prepared delicious meals and treated exceptionally well. There was free Wi-Fi, hot showers, laundry upon request, new linen and towels every day/every other day, meals 3 times a day, a pool, and the grounds were absolutely beautiful. This place surpassed any expectations I had and the workers I truly consider family now. Would recommend this place any day!

I was part of a team staying for 2 weeks at this lodge. Although the staff was amazing, everything else was a dismal failure — laundry was Misplaced, and came back wet, electricity went out pretty much the same Time every day and the generator didn’t seem to kick in.
We had to ask for towels as for some reason a hand towel For 2 people was given. There was mold in some of the rooms, and be aware $15 is charged per person for breakfast and they also charge PER person in a room, although the website doesn’t reflect that. I wouldn’t stay there again but I will miss the staff.
