The place is peaceful and beautiful and I enjoyed staying there. The rooms are super clean and the view of the lake from the room is everything. The food was nice and we enjoyed the boat cruise.

They need to work on customer service.
Management should consider buffets when they have a full house…
it's overwhelming for staffs to take orders from the menu and service customers on time hence delays which affects service. Otherwise the place is beautiful.

Great food, friendly staff super comfortable rooming. The boat cruise are both exciting and relaxing, yes, exciting and relaxing.

The experience was beautiful had fun. Rooms are clean and comfortable, the Customer service is wonderful.
But the food was disappointing, the menu was soo limited and the steak was not cooked well and it was not seasoned well.

Excellent views of Kariba and plenty to do for the whole family. Also a great place to relax and so nothing at all. The food is great and well priced. Rooms are very comfortable and the aircon really helps.

Checked in on the 17th of November and checked into an “Executive Room”. No hot water, and after braving an ice cold shower, fully lathered with soap, the water runs out. Staff at reception treats it as a joke and laughs it off. Absolutely no urgency… After rinsing the soap of with 2 bottles of mineral water, I thought I’ll treat myself to an ice cold National beer “Mosi” just to find that they don’t have stock… and NO cold beer overall. Not impressed and won’t recommend. Regards,

I love the place, so relaxing and freshening. Two things I wasn't happy with this time around:
1. The idea of making people pay for coupons which are non refundable is theft in my eyes. You might aswell put the menu at the gate so that if you don't have what I want and I am not lodging there, I make a U turn. To me that's like saying for you to be here, each person must spend a minimum of k200. What if I just want to have 3 drinks costing k30 each? Revisit this your new rule. Reduce the coupons to k100.
2. What kind of manager do you have that can't allow the chef to prepare something off the menu? Chefs are trained to prepare all sorts of food but why limit them to your menu? If a customer is willing to pay for what they want why not allow the chef to prepare and you give your quote?

Our food was served Raw. Our service was very delayed (in excess of 2 hours) with no condiments or cutlery on the table even after the food was served. A meal was forgotten and not served to one person on the table. The chef was incompetent when approached about his food. We were given no compensations for the time taken or about the terrible service or food.

They're food is rubbish over priced… got served raw chicken. Old chips and completely bland butter chicken. Very useless and the staff don't care.

Lake Kariba inns, is one of the best and relaxing places one can come through for recreational purposes. The services are excellent and the view of the lake Kariba is magnificent … I personally enjoyed my stay at lake Kariba inns. I’ll surely come through again for another vacation.

If you want relax staying away from your busy schedule this is the place to be they have great food and the environment is awesome.

This place is beautiful, we enjoyed ourselves with the girls and in morning the free breakfast yo we loved it.

Not only is it beautiful with a relaxing atmosphere but with great hospitality. Staff are friendly especially the front office reception team and the coxswain. The pool areas are well maintained and the food is fresh. The beach walk is very refreshing Looking forward to my next visit… Keep it up One thing they need to improve on is the equipment in the gymnasium.

Worst service ever. The waiters kept on saving white people for 2hrs till the kitchen was closed. Slept hungry.

Kariba Inn is exclusively beautiful with the lake how the buildings are stricter has a game park with wild animals that are friendly and also beautiful hospitable staff, I really loved being there the nature so amusing. Its a lovely place for holidays. Pardon my pictures though.

It's within a stone throw from the lLake Kariba and has got a very scenic beauty landscape, motorboats and excellent food.

When I was a kid, my Dad always used to talk about this wonderful inn in Siavonga run by a couple then, so I decided to see it for myself when I grew up, loved it so much ended up proposing to my wife at the poolside in 2013, and we always come back to the "scene of the crime" whenever we have a chance. We were there on April 25 for our anniversary, the spare ribs where out of this world, the spa needs some improving and over the long weekend, July 2nd with the kids, the boat cruise was great, but they ran out of our favorite ribs. It's a "Kariba damn" good place.

I had a business meeting here. The restaurant is fine, the food amazing, the bar stocked and the views amazing. Never checked out the rooms but the outside could tell that they must be good.

Lake kariba inns is a place of value for many. Boat cruise services are available and can view game animals like zebras and impala where swimming in the cool waters of kariba. Absolutely meets the international standards.

The welcome and continued service throughout our stay was top notch. Staff & management were professional & friendly. Erickson & Astridah gave us especially memorable service. The villa we stayed in was lovely and housekeeping ensured we always came back to a clean & cool place. The food was very nice. The lemon & garlic crayfish was exceptional! I would recommend it to anyone.

Cool place especially Lake Kariba Inns. Planning to go there again. The place (Siavonga) is humid coz of the Lake. Truly the Riviera of Zambia.

Enjoyed our stay, the kids enjoyed the daily visits of the Zebras to eat Mangos from the tree just beside the room. The views were spectacular, would recommend the Villas especially. Staff were great, couldn't fault anything, though they could be proactive in regularly checking on dining residents needs.

We been disappointed twice by front office whereby you book certain nights and they force you to check out before the way you want. In short they have more important clients than others. It happened to us twice. Then the third time a booked a bigger room only to give us a room with 2single beds yet we wanted king sized. Besides that everything else is okay. I think front office guys need serious help.

Came in at 13:00, took the waiter 30 min to attend to us and a further hour to bring out our starter. At 3 o'clock he brings out our food minus one meal and says he forgot to place the order. Food comes out less than Mediocre and cray fish was bad, burger patty was uncooked in the centre and waiter couldn't care to offer an apology. Very dissapointed as we come here often and always leave happy customers. I'm not sure if the old chef was replaced or just not in the mood… going to be a while before I come back.

The food is good. The views are good. The facility is good. The fishing isn't the best. We came on the premise of going tiger fishing and they took us bream fishing. The guides weren't all that helpful and just took us to one spot all day. The equipment is sub par. Bring your own if you go here. Thankfully they have a great pool and we had a great time swimming.

Lake Kariba Inns is the place to be if you want to relax and have fun whilst in Siavonga. Kudus go to the hotel staff and management, a place without the people is just a place but you make this the place to be, warm reception and excellent service. I will be seeing you soon!

Lake Kariba inns is a very beautiful place to go to with your family and friends. I had a lovely stay and enjoyed every bit of it. The food was awesome especially breakfast. The rooms are lovely. The members of staff are gorgeous. Thanks for the wonderful and warm hospitality. Thumbs up.
