I had a wonderful stay. However, I did wish for a little more privacy (glass walls). Also, I didn't like having to walk to the other section to get any kind of assistance or ask for breakfast. Other than that, it was lovely. Will definitely come back.

The bedroom area has a serious problem in that it can't cool off easily. With electricity blackouts, lack of windows, the fans offered by the management of the property are akin to a fan in an oven. That is a real pity, as everything else is okay for a few days stay. The property management should invest in proper electricity generators to be able to use the aircons with the electricity blackouts. As the rooms are one level, it means it heats up from the sun during the day, and at night it is a hot box. If you come from a cooler country and you are not used to the heat, avoid this accomodation in the hot months. Other than the heat issue, and not being able to use the aircons at night, this accomodation is okay.

Horrible experience please stay away from this scam of a place. I decided to reserve this place as I was in town. The entire power was out on this place so the place had no air-conditioning and because the place is brick, it's like a sauna. I come to check into this little tiny office and the lady informed me they had no power and that it would be fans provided. This was a huge lie as when I entered the premises it was hot like steaming and a sauna. It was so hot that when I pulled out my computer the computer was so hot I was afraid it was going to crash.
About 10 minutes later I realized I couldn't stay there, so I went to the front office and told them I would have to leave as the conditions was really bad. The lady at the front desk made it sound like I could leave no problem and get a refund no problem as I didn't stay there. Most hotels do this no problem especially the fact it wasn't my fault because the place wasn't even in condition to stay with no air conditioner.
Do you know what these scammers did? They called me and told me they wouldn't be refunding me and keeping my money even though I didn't stay there. You've got to be kidding me. Listen this place is ran horribly, the cube apartments are small and they're crooks and scammers. Don't even waste your time booking here. The pictures look good but rest assured if something happens they're going to keep your money like the crooks they are.

Absolutely terrible, terrible. No Aircon, they lie that they have fans and then they bring you a broken fan.
No one wants to help. I have suffered dehydration and nosebleed and overheating.
They don’t care they just smile and say they will sort it then they forget about you.
People next door to me had a gas leak.
Worst stay.
If you don’t have proper ventilation for your guest, you are not open for business.
Ruined the quality of my holiday.

We were so delighted with our experience at the cubes. It is peaceful, quiet. The appartments are stunning. Breakfast is included in the price.
The stuff is so friendly and helpful. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. They provide room service, free Wi-Fi, DSTV.
They also offer a day visit at sakae paradise resort with free entree, but the transport and cost of food there, is on you.
The cubes is a 10 min drive away from the twin palm mall (where you can exchange money) and to the famous restaurant granddaddy´s. The airport is 15min drive.

Great stay, everyone was welcoming from security, housekeeping, restaurant and reception, the views from above are chill, definitely stop by and experience the vibes.

Beautiful place. Beautiful apartments. I love the rustic look they are trying to achieve truly unique will definitely go there again. Great service by the staff too.

Everything was alright except bedding. Sheets had blood stains and the bed isn’t comfortable.
Woke up to no water or power, had to leave and shower elsewhere.
No front desk available just security guard from the time of check in at 6 pm last night.

The Cubes are an amazing place with 10/10 service for a budget friendly price. Property staff were welcoming. The apartments were adequately furnished and comfortable during my stay. I will definitely be returning for a longer stay in future.

Very peaceful and comfortable place to stay.
The staff were great friendly and very understanding and accommodating. I will definitely call again in the future. I like the fact that they are flexible and don’t treat you like you are a bother at checkout time as most apartments do. They value their customers.

Unfortunately the TV and Wi-Fi didn’t work on arrival but was promptly sorted out. Mutale was wonderful and went the extra mile and provided great service. She organized for a passport that was forgotten at reception to be delivered at the Vic Falls.

The Cubes are a nice place to go to if you want some peace and quiet. They have two room and one room apartments that are on different lots but are within walkable distance of each other. Their bar is open 24 hours a day, guests also have access to the pools and can select what to eat from their restaurant. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well.

The unit is exactly as pictured online. Place is secure, service is impeccable, and there are great included amenities such as fast Wi-Fi, laundry services, AC, and in room breakfast. Excellent customer service from Angela (perfect actually) and lovely Kennedy.

My favourite place in Lusaka.
