Too much noise from the bar,
It was so noisy the cleaning ladies would come make so much noise during cleaning.
Some people from hospitality were ok but most girls were rude with bad attitude.
Never going bk.

At the entrance, it doesn't look like a hotel until you drive in. The front is not so attractive but the hotel room is nice. There is internet. There is air-conditioning in the room.

The services are on point and when you order food, you don't wait for long. And the bar has an assortment of alcohol and beverages that will suit your mood.

The rooms always have coffee and tea, they could use extra towels in the bathroom. The food is always fresh and delicious. The bar area is nice and relaxed. It has no dj so patrons can connect and play music of their choice.

The owner is welcoming. The bar has great music and not hectic more of a mature crowd. Second best goat meat in lusaka province.

Music systems were individualised!

Bar service is pathetic. You need more waitresses on busy days.

Mapalo lodge is a convenient bed and breakfast lodge that is located outside the city centre and away from the city's noise. It is good value for money and it has good amenities. The rooms are neat and they are cleaned daily. There's hot running water and in room TVs. The Wi-Fi connection is unreliable. There's an outdoor swimming pool for residents and an outdoor bar for both residents and guests. Parking is available and it is enough for all checked in residence. Laundry and room service is available at good rates.
