We called beforehand for a reservation and we get there 15 minutes later in the middle of the night and the guy at the reception lies about the room leaking, we eventually discover he gave the room away please.
2 there is not enough parking, others have to park outside.

Great location, closet Mandahill mall. For the price, you truly get value for money.

Its a great place to be, I really loved it ❤ … and its clean.

Some lights are broken, the doors are sticky and hard to open, the service at the diner takes hours, the Wi-Fi doesn't work in some rooms of the hotel, there's barely any electricity through our the day, employees unprofessional they literally forgot I paid for two nights and proceeded to press me about it even though they should know cause they're supposed to count the money and record it right? There's no hot water and most of the taps leak, there's no kettle for the teas so you essentially have two cups and tea satchets and the rest is up to you buddy. The doors don't lock I just left them open cause the door handle was essentially falling off. The curtains have no laces so you have to close your curtains for the whole day so you don't get flashed by your neighbors. Like I just — wheeeew.

Best with nice staff, only connect genset to power automatically once zesco power goes off.

The room are getting old but still of good standards in need of some maintenance.

Beautiful place and the location is close to a shopping mall (Manda Hill) easy to catch a taxi too.

Fatmols Lodge Olympia is a nice facility with generally acceptable rooms offering fair enough services at reasonable prices. The facility is well located but lacks adequate parking and simple things like got water in some of the bathrooms.

Nice rooms but need to work on plumbing… shower rose was blocked and hence the shower experience was bad. Very friendly staff though and the food was nice, however breakfast was monotonous and hence a problem for a long stayer. Overall experience was good. Value for money.

Super weak Wi-Fi (just not working) in the 2nd floor room. The room is different with pictures. No mirrors in the room and the room has furnitures but looks empty.

They have good customer service and are quick to respond to your need. The breakfast is great, might need to improve on other meals and time. Very small packing lot and drive way.

It was good. Welcoming and professional etiquette was observed in a clean and calming environment. Their food was adequate (note: I only had their breakfast meals)

1 star. The place is fine if and once you actually have a room key. Forget trying to make a reservation ahead, however. Twice within the last 3 months, I called to make a reservation and was assured I had one, only to find out once I was already almost there that I did not and that they were fully booked!
