The place quiet and neat. The workers have good hospitality and it's the place to be when you want to relax.

It was good, language was a barrier between me and the Chinese officials.

Great hotel. Good rooms ensuite with aircon, TV sets. Nice setting. Offers many services from spa, massages, casino. Bar, hair and nails, jewellery. Also has a conference area. Buffet type breakfast. Good customer care and very competent staff. Reasonably priced and handles foreigners well. Will definitely go back there.

The place is cool plus free Wi-Fi.

Beautiful hotel, with free Wi fi, and have set very high standards in the hospitality industry.

Downside is that the hotel catering is primarily for Chinese. Service from staff is average. Room is 5 stars.

I give it this rating based on what I have seen in and around Lusaka. It has the makings of a great hotel.

Great place though the service to locals is a tad bit slow and don't care. I have seen busy patrons leave without paying because a waiter doesn't want to respond promptly or with haste. One has to beg before being attended to. Otherwise, it's calm and welcoming and very friendly.

The hotel is ok for the price the breakfast is not so good the rooms have power problems if you want charge your phone the restaurants is Chinese food if you don't like you have to go out.

Guests smoke in the bedrooms and hallways. Majority of information is written in Chinese without translation. It's very expensive for what you get. Breakfast buffet is decent but the restaurant prices are expensive.

The Wi-Fi is not that good in rooms, especially 3rd floor but beter at the reception.

It nice place for meeting, welding, football teams to camp and sleeping every things you want available.

This place has very nice accommodation with clean spacious airconditoned rooms, swimming pool, jim and the hotel services are very good with dependable security. Meals are a variety and well prepared.

They take too long to serve a simple meal.
